I had Janelle, my friend had a young male (don't remember name). This was by far the worst "deep" tissue massage I have ever had. She spent at least 25 minutes on my anterior neck digging fingers into my neck (WTH). Next she pinched the lower aspect of each pec major and it was painful and bizarre. Reception was super friendly and even fit my first visit in on a same-day appointment. Both visits were performed by Montana. I was given plenty of time to get changed and comfortable without feeling rushed or taking too much time. A ground-level heater made the massage table comfortable. It was also nice to finally find an LMT that used a reserved amount of oils/lotions so you didn't feel like you were walking out of the spa covered in Crisco. Montana asked me about problem areas and focused efforts on those muscle groups, applying just the right amount of pressure, checking in throughout to make sure everything was just right. I've tweaked some things in my back at the gym and these last few sessions have really helped. This is my new go-to spa for massages. I went in specifically to have filler placed in my upper lip. Andrea ended up putting filler in other areas that I had not asked for, while the middle portion of my upper lip was missed entirely. When I called to question what had happened, I was asked to send a picture, which I did. Unfortunately, I never received an explanation or a clear response about why the area I had specifically requested was not treated. I then had to repeatedly ask for another appointment, and eventually one was scheduled about seven weeks later. At this point, I'm already seeing my lines returning, and I honestly feel that the $750 I spent was not well spent. I'm now being told that I would need to spend another $750 for additional filler. Considering that I don't feel the first treatment achieved what I originally asked for, I personally do not feel comfortable spending another $750. I'm sharing this simply so potential customers can make an informed decision. My experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost, the areas that were treated versus what I requested, and the lack of follow-up when I raised my concerns. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask questions, be very specific about what they want treated, and make sure they fully understand what will be done before proceeding.
