They do them for a great price and are able to keep my thick and arched shape that I like. They also have waxing services, which make you come out feeling soft and smooth (like any wax makes you feel). Their facials are affordable and hydrating. The pearl facial is one I used to get often. They were also able to accomodate me within a week so I can have my engagement henna done before flying out for it. If you tell them in advance, they will make the henna themselves or get specific henna based on your needs. They also have some jewelry and dresses you can buy near the front seating area.

Thanks to a sheer act of spontaneity I finally made it happen and Penzone made the cut. I just happened to be scrolling through my Yelp app looking for salons nearby and Penzone jumped out at me because this location has been there forever. I've also had my hair cut at one of their other locations forever ago and when I looked at their availability, they had an appointment the very next day at 5pm. I didn't even care who the stylist was, I just needed it done. I arrived right on time, checked in, and grabbed a beverage while I waited. It wasn't long before I was greeted by my stylist, Sage. She was easy to talk to, listened to what I wanted, and gave good advice and direction when I was tempted to do something I wasn't planning on doing. I knew exactly what I wanted, as I was looking to get the same cut I did last summer. Your basic long bob, about collar bone length. We did the washing and cutting and drying and cutting again and I was out of there in about an hour and a half. I'm really pleased with it and enjoyed Sage's approach so I made an appointment to come back in a few months. The price point was cheaper than the place I used to go to and I was way more satisfied.

Trent has been cutting my hair for a few months now and I get so many compliments. I even had him wax my eyebrows.... Fyi not as painful as I had thought. Miranda has been cutting my partners hair, and his too looks great. We have a set apt every three weeks, which I never thought I'd like because I hate pre-sch my life, but it's been so refreshing knowing, that day and time are mine. I love that Westgate Salon has later hours a few days a week, and am thankful for that. Just call and ask and see if they can fit you in.
