After that I called again and spoke with someone and they told me that if I want a refund I'll have to wait to speak with the manager who is out of the country right now. And then when I asked if there is another way I can speak with them, they hung up on me again. I'm not the type to cause problems, even the fact that I didn't say anything about the henna when I was there was me trying to give people grace, but when you hang up on me twice and ignore my calls, that's where I draw the line.
