I do some "detective" work and search these people who work in the salon via Facebook or Instagram, and even LinkedIn before I decide who I'm going to trust with touching me. (Sorry, habit.) I had an appointment with Laylaa and she was fantastic! Didn't judge me, talked to me during the entire process and made me feel super comfortable. I couldn't believe she has only been there less than a month! I definitely recommend this place! Everyone was super friendly when I walked in, and the process was quick and easy. I will definitely return!

I went in specifically to have filler placed in my upper lip. Andrea ended up putting filler in other areas that I had not asked for, while the middle portion of my upper lip was missed entirely. When I called to question what had happened, I was asked to send a picture, which I did. Unfortunately, I never received an explanation or a clear response about why the area I had specifically requested was not treated. I then had to repeatedly ask for another appointment, and eventually one was scheduled about seven weeks later. At this point, I'm already seeing my lines returning, and I honestly feel that the $750 I spent was not well spent. I'm now being told that I would need to spend another $750 for additional filler. Considering that I don't feel the first treatment achieved what I originally asked for, I personally do not feel comfortable spending another $750. I'm sharing this simply so potential customers can make an informed decision. My experience was disappointing, particularly given the cost, the areas that were treated versus what I requested, and the lack of follow-up when I raised my concerns. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to ask questions, be very specific about what they want treated, and make sure they fully understand what will be done before proceeding.

The Luminary process is a bit lengthy, ~1.5 hrs, but worth it. Luminary stays longer than traditional gel and is better on my nails than the dip I used to get. They have a specific cancellation policy be sure to fully understand the implications of cancelling an appointment before you book. I use the Vagaro app and it works perfectly for me. The salon offers many types of nail services and I impressed with the options. I've yet to get a pedicure but plan to when the weather warms. But they didn't change me for a lesser service (polish change) so that doesn't exactly help me! Generally they always seem extremely stressed to stay within very tight time frames (I think my service was like 18 minutes) and kind of churning people out as quickly as possible.

I would try to book the person I had last time for some kind of consistency -- and, even though I would specifically choose appointments based on the waxing specialist listed at the time, whenever I arrived, I was just told someone else would be doing my waxing. The last time I went it was a brand new person--in fact, she said it was her first week--and the experience was incredibly painful. It made me question what kind of training she had been given. Additionally, she did a different service than what I requested! At the end, she explained she had been "distracted" and gave me what the previous customer asked for. I recently went somewhere else, and the experience was entirely different and not hardly painful at all (and yet an equivalent cost). This location would benefit from better management and training.
