Sometimes she'll discount it because she might've not had to use a lot of product. I have my own set that she uses for my refills to match my Asian lashes! I was never able to get through to anyone when calling the phone number 10 times between the day prior and day-of my appointment to confirm the location (I knew the phone number was correct because of the voicemail message...also confirmed with another aesthetician that worked at the salon). Because my Groupon voucher stated the wrong address, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment (appointment was for 11:00 and arrived at 11:10). My aesthetician, Aubrey, wasn't even inside the salon at the time of my arrival. I asked the other aesthetician that was working on a different client if Aubrey was there -- I was told she stepped outside to take a call. She then called Aubrey at 11:20, who said she wouldn't take me because I was too late (no idea where she was at this point). I understand that I arrived 10 minutes late, but answer your phone and make sure the address is correct on Groupon! Needless to say, HORRIBLE experience and telling all my friends to steer clear.

She was transparent about the pricing as well as patient and detailed during our initial discussion of the services. So I felt safe coming to her to bleach my dark hair. She persisted in achieving the desired look despite my old red highlights that were hard to get rid of. During the 7.5 hours that I was there, she spent her every effort working on my hair. And I was in love with the final look! Lexie is skilled, hard working, and friendly, and I would be glad to come back for another service with her.
