The reason why I'm leaving a review though is to mention that the experience wasn't what I'd hope for. Being naïve with my first ever lash lift, I paid for my session and tipped. I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. I'm not sure if she was just tired or having an off day, but I didn't have an amazing experience. She was plenty friendly but definitely frazzled. When I laid down on the table in her room she started to talk to me about my eyebrows at which point I reminded her I was there for eyelashes. She didn't walk me through the process of what was happening until I asked her to explain further. I wish I would have asked for after-care instructions while I was there because she did not provide any. Mind you, I was very specific that I had never done this before.
