I don't even live in Ohio. I live in Los Angeles and fly to Ohio because I don't trust anyone else to touch my face. Her passion for her craft as a skincare educator and expert has led to a growing demand for Angela (I can tell from the high-profile clientele that sing her praises on social media). She has helped me develop a regimen across timezones and climates that meets my skincare needs with such knowledge and compassion. My face has NEVER looked or felt better, and for what it's worth, just meeting this girl's energy has been one of the honors of my life. She really cares about her clients, and despite wanting all her secret wisdom to myself, she DOES deserve more I GUESS. Sad I don't get to book services more regularly with her because I know every time I see her my energy is completely rejuvenated and I look and feel my absolute most beautiful. They don't make people like you, Angela! Thank you for all you've done for my life and my skin!!

Today I was disappointed I had an appt and came from a rehearsal dinner so had makeup on. When cleansing my face she never removed all my makeup so when I left half my face is clean and the other half still has makeup. Little disappointed as now I need to go remove the rest of my makeup. I got the workout facial and wouldn't get it again for the price. She was way too gentle for it to be a workout. My face didn't feel any different from the "workout". I will say the girl did a good job with the dermaplane. Overall a decent experience but would have liked all my makeup to be removed

After relocating to Columbus from NYC I took a look in the mirror and noticed that my brows were…read moregetting too unruly. I was skeptical of finding anyone to do my brows as I had been seeing the same lady in NYC for 11+ years and it was devastating saying goodbye to someone who kept my brows perfect! I asked a colleague of mine for recommendations and she said without hesitation to go see Nisha as she's quick and does a good job. Lucky for me while browsing Groupon I found a great deal on eyebrow threading at Nisha's brow bar (50% off). Eyebrows are normally $10 which is not a bad price! I went today after work to an empty salon and was greeted immediately by Nisha. She asked what services I came in for and asked if I was familiar with threading, which of course I was so there wasn't a whole lot of explaining to do. She asked if I wanted to clean up my brows or wanted to reshape them. After a quick chat to set the stage that I just wanted a clean up of my brows and maintaining the shape, she pointed me to a seat and it was time to hope that I came out with two nice, cleaned up, and even eyebrows. Nisha was super quick and while threading can be painful, her technique minimized the pain as much as possible. In a few minutes she was like you're all done and handed me the mirror to take a look. I was pleasantly surprised that my eyebrows were cleaned up just the way I wanted them. They were even and not taken down too thin and were not super rounded in shape. I'm glad she's close to work, as I've definitely found my new go to place for threading needs!

7/14 I've been…read morecoming here for years to get my eyebrows done, and I've never had any issues until today. I came in to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. When I walked in, no one was at the front to greet me or ask what service I needed. The sign outside clearly said "Open," so I checked in and sat down. After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally called out, "Is anyone here?" because I could hear noise coming from the back room. A woman eventually came out wearing gloves and said, "We're open, but I'm busy right now." It looked like she was working on something in the back. I found this to be very unprofessional and poor customer service. If your business is open, someone should acknowledge customers, even if there's going to be a wait. Instead, I felt like I was being turned away because she was "busy." I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, so this experience was really disappointing. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated today, I won't be returning to this location.

She really took her time asking me questions about what I wanted and ran everything by me before moving forward. This really put me at ease since my last eyebrow wax somewhere else was horrible. I liked that they have you sitting up in a bar stool versus most places that have you lay down, I feel like they can see everything better and balance things out more this way. Emma was so sweet. The regrowth was so patchy and I couldn't leave them alone any longer, so I made an appointment here after reading that they map out an appropriate brow shape to fit your desired style. Jennie is such a pro, she cleaned up my brows perfectly without undoing all the growth I have worked so hard on, and trimmed/filled them in a way that hides the patchiness until they're done growing back! I'm so happy with the new shape and I feel back on track to getting thicker brows.
