They are so thick and big gaps by my cuticles. She asked me if I wanted a manicure and before I could answer, she told me I didn't need one and I agreed. I was so upset and crying , I told her I just wanted to pay and go home. She then told the person in charge that I just didn't want to pay the $10 for the manicure, which was far from the truth. Another person tried cleaning them up but it was useless. I've been to so many places and they were the best so I'm very sad I will never go back there.
