This is one of the best salons I have ever been to I used to go to z nails and they were very pricy and the nails didn't last long. I had Trudy as my artist and she does amazing everytime, she gets the art I want done on my nails perfectly everytime. There is also a really friendly feeling in the salon when you walk in and get your nails done they are very talkative and I love that I don't want someone who is completely silent. My cousin recommended Q Nails since I'm from the West Coast. I was disappointed in the response from one of the manicurist. She was not exactly friendly and a bit off-putting. There were 4 of us, and it appeared that she was the only one working when we viewed multiple manicurist. I quickly looked up one salon will to take us and it was less than 5 minutes away. When I return to this area, I won't patronize their shop. I need a salon not afraid to do nail art. read more

OK I have been going to this nail salon off and on for a while.. I was happy to see the women I Like is back. I recently went and wrote her name (requesting her) I didn't get her another women came and got me. Now she was not friendly! She informed me I needed new nails. I said ok, she cut them off, she was rough pulling my arms and twisting me hands , didn't speak to me this whole time, approx. 35 minutes. She attached new nails and then she says that's $75 ! I said you should've told me that from the Start! that's not right. She just smiles and says continue? Well, Yea. what was I supposed to do ? Not professional! Then her and the women that runs the salon decided to have discussion in another language. Again RUDE I will NEVER EVER go back. Very Unprofessional. When I scheduled I told them it was for vacation so here I am headed to vacation with undone toes! Annie did an amazing Job on my pedicure before this appointment Welll so I thought! I was very upset with the first part of my appointment. The owner took me to her desk and rushed me so I asked her to do a simple design and told me it would cost around $70, which is not the prices that are up on the wall. I told her i wanted an almond shape and didn't want them super pointy, then continued to make them pointy. She told me if I wanted another design that I would have to wait because she scheduled her appointments too close together. Towards the end it was great! I had another nail tech who was doing my friends nails talk with me and she made me feel a lot better. Definitely overcharged for one color with no design. It made me feel like she didn't care what I wanted as the customer. read more

First time.. Pedicure . I was a walk in glad they could take me . While the Tec was nice enough I felt it was a bit rushed . I believe I could have a done a better job as far as the painting went. It was not smooth and some went over my cuticles on several toes. It was not very professional when one Tec had another Tec do the roots of her hair . This was not a hair salon . Unfortunately, I will not be back .So hard to find a good place to get a pedicure in this town. read more
