First, the name of the business is now called "New Dragon Spa". Secondly, they are extremely unprofessional in dealing with customers. I called in advance to make an appointment and walked in 10 minutes before my appointment time. When I stepped inside the business, there was no one at the reception desk there, while two Asian women were sitting on the couch, staring at me curiously without saying a word as if they were completely surprised by my presence. No "Hello", "May I help you?"...nothing. When I told them I was the one with the 2:30 appointment, they looked at me as if they had no clue of what I said leaving me feel quite uncomfortable and awkward. They also barely speak English. I could have left then and there but really wanted some massage so I stayed and told them the duration I wanted the massage for, and was told that I had to pay in advance. An advance full payment for massage? Is this a normal practice? Anyway, when I tried to pay with my credit card, I was told to pay in cash because the credit card device was malfunctioning. I finally got fed up and left for another spa nearby (which I really liked). I will never come back to this spa ever again. Unprofessional, ignorant of customer service, worst spa ever. read more

OH NO !!! This place has changed owners and after writing a GR8 review of this place that was long over due I decided to go visit them and BAM ! What a rude smack in the face..When I walked in at 11:30 am the lady who greeted me was asleep on the couch in the lobby. After saying Hello 3 times she got up and when I ask who all was working she said ME. I said OK I would love a 90 min massage and she Sid $90 I said I know and thats fine. She said NO PAY ME NOW, I laughed and said NO I have been coming here for YEARS and have never paid 1st. The prices are very reasonable and the care and service are excellent. I've tried 4 massage places in the area and this is the best. I saw all of the 5 star reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I made an appointment for a 90 minute massage. I stopped in and was taken right back. My first impression was positive as the place was well decorated, quiet, clean and the table was very comfortable. The lady who greeted me spoke decent English which is always good. I pointed out a couple of rough spots and she went right to work. Her technique was pretty good and the massage was going well. However 2 things stuck out at me. One was that there was no music playing. Normally it's nice to hear some soft relaxing music during a massage. This wasn't a terrible thing because it was so quiet. The second thing I noticed was that she seemed to just be going through the motions. It's hard to put my finger on it exactly but it seemed like it was just a job to her. And maybe it was. But her demeanor just wasn't very inviting. Overall it was a decent massage (which was the most important thing). But the ambience was not good and I won't likely go back. read more

Excellent! I haven't had Thai massage for a while but I really liked the way they performed it. Super friendly staff and very convenient hour of operation. It is nearly impossible to find a massage spot that will be open until 10 pm! Prices are very moderate too. Haven't tried other massage options yet, but I am looking forward to it. I'm going to admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'll visit again. The girl working was very nice and went over and beyond to try to help me feel better. It was $40 for 30 minutes and well worth it. I had tweaked my neck earlier in the day and was just looking for a place to walk in without an appointment, this was it.
