When I finally spoke to the owner, she arrogantly refused a refund, claiming her website says "no refunds" -- but that's a blatant lie. The only vague statement about "final sales" is hidden at the very bottom of the page, with no clear cancellation policy when I booked or paid. What's more concerning is that she might not even be licensed as a massage therapist in Ohio -- which could be illegal and against state law. I have reviewed many businesses and rarely complain, but this situation is so egregious that everyone needs to be aware of their shady and potentially illegal practices. I had a family emergency and followed what little procedures were available, yet they couldn't care less. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and downright dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business unless you want to be robbed, lied to.

Most times it was below average. My last 2 were completely worthless. I should have got up and walked out. I was also harassed by them when I only tipped 15% for a bad massage. Today was the last straw. It was a worthless massage so I left no tip so we got yelled at by both "therapists" (using that term very loosely).

She was very professional and had great hands, strong yet soft. The massage was so relaxing I had to fight to stay awake unless she was kneading out knots in my back. Very reasonable and very worthwhile. Check her out definitely!

I've had several massages over the years and this was definitely one of the best. (I usually walk away from a massage feeling like it wasn't enough pressure to really break up my knots of tension so one time I asked for a deep tissue massage at a popular salon & day spa I went to in Pickerington and it was too much pressure and kind of traumatic lol-- I was sore for days afterwards!) Tina asked me if I wanted "light, medium or deep" and I said between light and medium. She got the pressure just right for my liking! When I left her I felt so much lighter and relaxed. She really helped melt away my constant knots of tension in my shoulders. I'm definitely planning to book a monthly massage with her to keep my knots in check. In the past I have mostly scheduled massages at salons/spas in Canal Winchester/Pickerington area. FYI- going someplace like this is a whole different experience and so much more therapeutic. It's the real deal. I won't ever bother with scheduling with a salon/spa ever again. Tina did things that I haven't really experienced at other places I've gone to that made this particular massage feel very different. She stretched my arm backward in different directions while massaging and activating different pressure points along my back and shoulder blades. At first I was nervous because this was new to me but after a while I trusted in the process and felt amazing. She also activated alot of pressure points in my face, skull, hands etc and that was unlike any other massage I've ever had. The pressure can feel intense for a brief moment but when she releases you just feel stress melting away. At the beginning of the massage she asked if I wanted my face and gluts massaged, two thing which I've never been offered before at any other massage. PS- The pictures I see here don't do it justice. The atmosphere was very cute and felt very relaxing!

They have a keen ability to tailor the pressure of the massage to the individual. I come here with my wife and we get couples massages. My wife finds massages easily uncomfortable if the therapist applies too much pressure, whereas I enjoy a very deep massage. The masseuses are able to accommodate both of these needs flawlessly. The environment is very calming, with nice music being played, beautiful aromas in the air and very calming and relaxing vibes from the staff from the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave. If you've never had a massage before, or you have had one and it wasn't to your liking - give Massaging Moments a try and it may be one of the best decisions you've ever made :D
