When I finally spoke to the owner, she arrogantly refused a refund, claiming her website says "no refunds" -- but that's a blatant lie. The only vague statement about "final sales" is hidden at the very bottom of the page, with no clear cancellation policy when I booked or paid. What's more concerning is that she might not even be licensed as a massage therapist in Ohio -- which could be illegal and against state law. I have reviewed many businesses and rarely complain, but this situation is so egregious that everyone needs to be aware of their shady and potentially illegal practices. I had a family emergency and followed what little procedures were available, yet they couldn't care less. This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and downright dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business unless you want to be robbed, lied to.
