All I can say is wow! The Home Spa is located in the Polaris mall near Saks Fifth Avenue and Phyllis Ann's. It's a little piece of quiet and calm inside a chaotic mall. The people giving massages are very professional and polite. While English may not be their first language they are very respectful and good at their craft. The massages given at the Home Spa are extremely well priced. It's almost like a deep tissue massage and will leave feeling very relaxed and comfortable. In fact, you will feel the benefits for days after you go to the spa. I highly recommend taking some time out of your day to visit the Home Spa inside the Polaris Mall!

I tell everyone about this place. Great prices, right to the point. I always try to ask for Tom but he's a very busy guy. My muscles are always sore, so this is a great place you can just walk-in and be sat in a chair right away.

Our experience was okay- not bad but we weren't wowed by any means. The location was nice and cute going for a quaint spa vibe. There's some light snacks, water, coffee, and tea. It wasn't brought to our attention that there were showers, sandals, or additional post service accouterment like razors, combs, lotion, hair ties, dry shampoo, etc. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could come prepared. We were told about the robes available to use so that was nice. I've never had a maternity massage so I can't compare it but it was nice. Took a little trial and error to get comfortable. They offer a bolster to allow you to lie on your stomach. I think perhaps it's better suited for someone not so far along, or just with different anatomy. The hole for my stomach did not feel deep enough and I felt pressure on my belly which was uncomfortable. My masseuse was gracious to work with me to get comfortable on my side and had a bolster to lie on my back as well. The "scalp treatment" was pretty basic and left much to be desired. I think they put peppermint oil on their fingers and then push your hair around your head. It absolutely was not worth the time or price we paid. I kept my opinions to myself as I tend to be a tougher critic than my husband but as we left he mentioned his thoughts on the "scalp treatment"- his words were I could have done without that- the hair dresser does a better job- I agree. We usually go to Panacea Spa but they were booked so a friend suggested Woodhouse Spa. It's really difficult to compare the two as Panacea is a true luxury experience albeit with a price tag to match. With our scalp add ons we paid almost the same as we would have at Panacea and by no means was it a paralleled experience. We might consider trying a basic massage service again but certainly not our first pick here in Columbus. Not bad just not amazing.

Me and a group of friends constantly rotate through and we have gotten to know the staff there and have really enjoyed seeing them grow into a thriving business. Everything is very clean and professional. The massage therapists are wonderful. They really take your time and are incredibly talented. Each therapist has their own pros and cons. I will say one thing is that many of them don't speak English very well. A lot of them are Chinese but they do understand quite a lot and are able to accommodate your requests. They have foot massages too, which I have tried and very much liked, but my go-to is either a 60 or 90-minute massage depending on their availability. I would definitely call ahead to make a reservation since they do get busy especially on the weekends but they often are able to accommodate us as walk-ins even a few hours before. They are also one of the cheapest massages I've ever gotten. I found them off of a Groupon but I now pay full price in order to support them and their small business. Truly check this place out. It has really changed my life and how my back feels on a daily basis.
