She is amazing and has helped me so much with my lower back pain, headaches, tingling in my right thigh, sleep, acid reflux, feet, and the ache du jour! She is so personable and truly cares for your wellbeing! Besides the fact that she's incredibly smart and adorable too! She even remembers your work challenges mentioned in past visits and is interested in the outcome on your next visit. Gently reminds you of your homework forgotten. It's also a one stop shop. Not just chiropractic care but nutrition, physical therapy, massage, and more! Front desk professionals are helpful too. Quick email responses and pleasant demeanor (quite a change from most customer service personnel)! As a hiring manager, I admire her staff. She must be a pleasure to work for as well! If you're looking to feel better and willing to follow the advice, you've found the right place in Dublin!

I was hesitant to see a chiropractor because I had a horrible experience years ago. The Winchester Institute was recommended by my surgeon so I thought it was worth a try. Everyone here is SO kind and patient! I was very nervous the first couple adjustments and they take it slow and are very reassuring. The Doctors always take time to look back at my chart and xrays and make sure their care is just what I need. I was skeptical but optimistic and I am happy it has been helping! I like the fact that they have multiple approaches including the adjustments for a larger scope of care. I highly recommend this practice!

From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel at peace. I came regularly for therapy sessions here, and loved my time in the "waiting room" almost as much as I enjoyed my sessions. I've seen Dr. Troy and Dr. Heather and I can highly recommend them both. I love how they ask me what's been bothering me, and then noticing a few days or even weeks later that the issue resolved itself or improved. I also like that they do not use a cracking method here. As satisfying as those cracks sound, I prefer their activator technique. It's more gentle and for me, clearly makes an impact. Overall, I recommend this office, for sure!
