I've been to Juvly for two different services over the past year. The first service I got was an IPL treatment. I used to struggle with severe cystic acne and as my skin has cleared up and been consistent for awhile, I wanted to get rid of some scarring and possibly prevent further breakouts. I'm only 20, so investing in my skin is super important to me as I haven't had the same experience as many others and I'm ready to live out some clear skin days! After 4 weeks, the results were amazing. So much of my scarring was gone and I don't break out on my forehead nearly as much. I'd love to get one more done to really solidify and advance the results and hope to soon. I saw Theresa- who was incredibly personable and sweet. The next service I got was 2 weeks ago and I got Restalyne Defyne lip fillers. I saw Dr. Justin Harper who was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and eased any nerves I had. My biggest concern was the pain but he numbed my mouth first with a few injections that were SO TINY- I couldn't even tell anything was touching my mouth and I am a baby when it comes to that stuff. I am even scared of going to the dentist. The actual injection was completely painless as well and quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes. He warned me I might feel some tender spots and I didn't even feel that. The healing process was easier than expected too. I was swollen the first night and bruised the next couple days but completely fine after 4. I was worried they weren't going to be as big as I wanted once the healing process started but at my 2 week mark today- I am so happy with the results. I have gotten so many compliments and questions and feedback and I am so happy that I did it. I can't wait to go back and get more services done. Truly an amazing, professional and clean environment. Today at Juvly Kasey took nearly an hour to fix this mess that the other person left on my face. She was so kind and reassured me that everything would turn out great and it did. Juvly does not value their customers. In the past I have recommended it but will never do so again. I have been a long time, loyal member since they opened their first location in 2014 in Columbus, OH. I calculated what I've spent over the years, and it is more than $24,000. I've had some bad experiences but never complained. During the pandemic, they canceled everyone's membership so they could get out of giving their members a free annual service. I had to renew my membership and no longer received many of the perks that came with the initial sign-up. Before the pandemic, I started to notice a lot of turnovers among their staff. When I went to get my lips done for a second time, it was with a new staff member. I told them I wanted what I had before, but she did something different, and the results were awful, but again, I did not complain. In the past few years, they have become extremely pushy about upselling, trying to get you to add extra services, and to purchase their expensive products. In May I purchased one of their skincare products for about $125. As I started using it, the pump would work sometimes and other times it would not work at all. I returned with the product during the first few days of June. I asked if I could swap it for one that worked. I was not asking for anything for free and the product I was returning was full, barely used. I was made to sit there for nearly 30 minutes while "management" decided they would not replace the product. I was livid and humiliated. The product never did work for me and it's packaging does not allow for me to get it out any other way so I'm out $125. After thinking about it, I canceled my membership and asked that my June membership fee be returned. They refused. I was then charged a membership fee for July. I contacted again and asked for my money back. They said they had a 30-day cancelation policy, and I would need to use the $200 toward a service by the end of July. I was forced to go back in and get a service I did not want to avoid losing my money. I'm sure there are plenty of other places better than Juvly, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I highly recommend you do the same. I want to go somewhere my business is appreciated. Juvly would rather lose a loyal customer than replace a defective product. Hope that $125 you scammed me out of was worth it. read more

I just wanted to say thank you to both Taylor's, lol, the first one I received microneedling and she was great!! The second time I went for lip filler for the first time and I got a different Taylor, also very sweet. I just wanted to say my results are amazing, almost life changing!!! Getting lip filler was a last minute decision I made but Taylor explained everything and I felt so comfortable. My lips look so good, even I can't believe they are my lips, it literally changed my whole face. Taylor is an artist and I was her canvas, she created the most beautiful work of art!!! Michelle Porter is not only a ray of sunshine when she walks in the room but she took the time to explain the products that would work best for me and my before and after results were jaw dropping amazing ! From my personal experience i had to go back for two touch ups a few weeks after to even out a little spot. (the under eye area is very delicate and may require a few tweaks after your first apt so keep an open mind ! )Michelle stayed after her hours to make time for me and always INSTANTLY responded to my questions,even on weekends .She is very set on making sure my results came out perfect and followed up with me the next day. Would give zero stars if I could. I purchased buy one get one free Exosomes during a recent promotion. I had a horrible experience with the provider the last time I went, and complained to the customer service manager to no avail. The customer service here is horrendous...skeleton staff, constant turnover with no idea how to treat people. So, I decided to find another MedSpa to do my microneedling after going there seven years. I have one Exosomes treatment left and was told at my last appointment that I couldn't get it to take home, but could come in and get it applied there at a later date. Now, Juvly is saying I can't use it without another treatment of some kind, and the one I have left is the free one. So, they can't refund me. How ridiculous is that? They arbitrarily say the one I used was the one I paid for. I now go to a MedSpa where they appreciate me and don't act like they are doing me a favor. Go anywhere else. Update: since I last posted, Juvly has cancelled 2 appointments very last minute. The first instance I was told that they sent a text cancellation the morning of my appointment (though I never received it) and the second time they called the morning of my appointment. Both instances I was informed it was because the provider had called in sick. I was provided a $25 credit for the first one. I've reached out to Juvly several times and asked for the business owner - Justin Harper - to respond to my email inquiry to no avail. It's been over a month now. If you have a good experience with this company, that's a happy accident. If you have a bad experience with them, good luck getting any response from anyone who has the power to make substantive changes to their practices. In my case my frustration lies in their scheduling practices but could you imagine if I had a more serious medical concern after one of their services?? This level of disdain for their customers is alarming to say the least. There is no accountability whatsoever from this unethical business owner. read more

I really wanted to like this business but they are so uncomfortably invasive- they take your credit card just to make an appointment, illegally text message you without your consent if you make the mistake of giving them your phone number, sign your email up for ads, and worst of all refuse to treat you if you do not authorize personal photographs be uploaded to their system. Juvly has changed my life. Before I found Juvly, I hated my face. I had tons of scaring from cystic acne, a huge crease between my eyebrows, and a super gummy smile. I had an exceptionally great experience with Juvly on two separate occasions recently. I visited Michelle at the Polaris location last month for under eye filler and again this past week for my lips. From the second you enter the office, you are greeted with a warm smile by the office coordinator at the front. My wait times during both visits were less than 5 minutes. Michelle took time to listen to my concerns, explain my options and never once made me feel pressured to do more than what was necessary. She made conversation with me the entire time, alleviating any nerves I had. She also explained the healing process beforehand, to make sure I was educated for the days following my services. Let's be honest, with services like filler, needles are involved. Needles are not much fun, but Michelle never caught me by surprise, she explained every step of the process and was incredibly gentle with each injection. I cannot say enough about the experience I had at Juvly or the natural, but noticeable results I have!! There is a huge difference between popping into a med spa and going to a practice where you're in the hands of educated, trained providers. Juvly is every bit of 5 stars Since my last review I have revisited Juvly for both microneedling and a dermaplane facial. In ONE microneedling session with Christa, I have improved skin tone and I am literally glowing! I cannot reiterate enough how amazing everyone in this practice has been. Your Botox or disport or whatever wrinkle relaxer you use here will not last you that long. The first time it may last long enough but subsequent doses will not last you long enough and they will blame your metabolism on the length of time that the wrinkle relaxer lasts so that they recommend that you just get it more frequently. Your Botox or disport should last you three months, if it's a month and a half later and you are having results fade it is not your metabolism but the product that they are putting into you. read more

Highly recommend! The people are always upbeat, I never have a long wait, and I get great results, but these are not the main reason I highly recommend Juvly. The main reason is that in the 4 years I've gone here, I have never been pressured to purchase more. (Downtown is where I typically go, but same experience at both locations.) I have tried other aesthetics practices and was always pressured to buy more. At other practices while the esthetician or doctor was discussing what I wanted done, they would always bring up other procedures they could do to improve my face while I was there. One doctor in particular in Grandview was like a hardcore used car salesman. He pointed out so many things that he could "fix" while I was there that he made me feel awful. I had not realized how badly my face looked until speaking with him. The first time I went to Juvly I met with Dr. Harper. I remember telling him a few things I wanted to address with my face but I wasn't sure if I could afford all of them that day. He said, "lets start with what's most important" and we talked about each area, how it would affect my look, and price. He told me that, "Everyone has a budget and everyone deserves to look their best within that budget." No pressure and I didn't feel like my face was in desperate need of a complete makeover. Since then, no one else at Juvly has ever tried to "up-sell" me. I don't care if they have wi-fi or not, my purpose is not to get on the Internet. I'd be angry too if I was late and missed my appointment, but I'd also understand that this is how they keep the wait in their waiting room to a minimum. We come to Juvly for cosmetic reasons so at the end of the day all that really matters is that they do a fantastic job, which they always do! read more

Today was my 90 Coolsculpting follow-up, and I have to say, I'll definitely be coming back. I'm not a regular "derma spa" client, but I think that I've found the location that I'd be 100% comfortable visiting on a regular basis. One of the main reasons: the staff. Any question or concern I've ever had (or have), they answer--and in terms that I am able to understand. They don't give false expectations for results, they are honest and transparent and I really appreciate that. It's hard to find a place that doesn't give you the run-around and the "advertising taglines" for all the new products. They don't push anything on me and I feel that any decision I make is fully _my decision_ and I'm as informed as I can be. The front desk girl (I'm sorry I don't remember your name) is just a doll and she was able to answer all the questions I had as well. I really appreciate when the people making schedules are as informed as the technicians. I think it's super important to have as many knowledgeable employees as possible. During my first-ever Coolsculpting appointment, Matt made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be--he gave me a pillow and a blanket, he checked in on me a few times to make sure I was alright... just everything he did was what I'd expect out of a professional--but one who genuinely cares about his clients as if they are his best friends. His attention to detail is what really made me feel special. He wasn't rushing the application process or having me feel like I was just another "time slot" for the day. I didn't feel rushed either. It was a very pleasant experience (minus the stinging of the Coolsculpting machine, but you'll have that anyway). And, what made me feel even more special is that at the end of the procedure, I felt as if I was going to pass out. This was mainly due to the 2-minute "massage" to push any of the nearly-dead fat cells over the edge--that was the most painful part of the entire Coolsculpting experience. To make sure I was alright, the front desk girl (once again, I'm sorry I don't remember your name) came in to sit with me while I ate some "emergency" candy to try and get my blood sugar back up. She didn't seem inconvenienced in the least--she was more than happy to make sure I could safely stand up and that I felt 100% good to go. After seeing how well they take care of clients (I even had a brief conversation with the manager), I decided that signing up for the membership was a good route to take. Now that I'm 31 (eek!) years old, I guess regular maintenance isn't a bad idea? I hope that this $99/month fee pays off like I hope it will, but only time will tell. I'm not the best at pricing what services I think I'd be interested in within the next year, especially since the prices are per unit and I never know how many units a particular service will take (that's what the consultations are for). Overall, I'd definitely recommend Juvly to any friend or family member. read more

It was too good to be true. They make you think that you are getting an amazing deal. I have been coming here periodically for 4 years. Earlier this year, I became a Juvly "member". Basically the membership is for $1200 per year, you get a "free" spa service every month. They are mediocre if anything. I've had a 15 minute facial, had to pay an extra $50 for a peel, and horrible dermalplanes. They claim you can get fillers and wrinkle relaxers at a lower price, but if you do the math, it's better to save the $99 a month and pay the extra dollar per injection. Today was the third time that I've had difficulties with their online reservation system. I had a last minute sitter today. I made an appointment to come in at 11:30 at 10:58 this morning. As I was walking in at 11:25, I received a text from them canceling my appointment! The clueless lady at the desk was kind enough to offer for me to "stick around for their next opening at 2:20" Beyond frustrating experience with this place since I joined their membership. Danielle is truly amazing. I've had two appointments with her now and both visits have been wonderful. She takes the time to explain everything and gives you all your options. What impressed me most was her honesty. She is very clear about what procedures will work best in regards to what you're after and she's never pushy. She's even told me to think things over and reschedule for another day so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed and I could do more research if I wanted. Obviously making money is any businesses ultimate goal but you won't feel that way with Juvly or Danielle. I don't know where to start, I wish if I could give it zero stars this place is MONEY HUNGRY I went to get my lip filler done with Sophia I selected (Juvederm ultra plus)lip filler because I wanted full lips I went there, everything was fine I showed her a couple of pictures of how I want my lips to look like *only filling* not changing how my lip looks any way it was my first try she told me to come back if I want more and I said I won't as long as I selected Juvederm I'll be fine. After a few weeks, my lips started to look exactly like how it is nothing had changed even my friends were surprised I don't see what was filled is she trigging me I emailed them and told them nothing has changed and I want to make another appointment because this is not what we talked about and agreed I should I least see the difference from the first try I paid $400 for nothing. I went back again and I was checking the old recipe from my first appointment and I see that she gave me Versa filler and not Juvederm which versa won't change a lot as much as the Juvederm does I was surprised and I told Sophia why you didn't tell me that you put a versa on me she said because we didn't have Juvederm. WTF!!!! I was almost to report her because why tf don't you tell the person what you putting on them is not my problem if this location doesn't have a Juvederm, I could've gone to another place to get it done. why waste my money because she wants me to come back again and again. Even my lips were hurting me from one side and there was something white visible in it and it was scaring me it was the filler that almost looked like it was about to come out of my lips she said we have to remove it and that will be "free" and I will fill it again but that will cost you another dollar!!!! What the hell! U made a mistake in my lips and you want to remove it and fill it again with that being costly. I told her how many appointments do I need until I see the results of the picture I showed her she said A LOT but can't tell me exactly how many like 3 or 4 but that's a no way. I went to a new location and they told me I could've gotten the results of the pictures I showed them in two appointments because the filler is Juvederm plus and it's the one I should get to see that results. This location is a money hungry place that wants you to come back and again to finesse you. I'm so disappointed by wasting $1k on zero results on top of that getting something I didn't ask for because they're hungry and want some more money, I have videos of her changing her words in the second appointment, and bad results I got of her from mistaking and putting filler that I didn't ask for it. read more

Matt Hastings by far! Matt is the only reason I continue coming back to the Polaris location over and over again. I followed Ellie down to the downtown office a long time ago, but just a horrible parking setup and city mess, so had to stop Juvly for a bit. I wanted to dive back in and saw a new name in Polaris, Matt. The last visit I had, the front desk woman was very friendly. The gold though being Matt. He is knowledgeable, honest, an artist, funny, sincere, and so kind and a master injector! He walks me through his entire process unlike anyone I have had before; very knowledgeable!!! I would be lost if he ever left the Polaris area. Due to my tight schedule, I have no time to travel and try anyone else in the area, like I was faced with in the past. I have found comfort in finding my all time favorite aesthetician and hope to remain a longtime client. He deserves everything there is to offer. He is invaluable and a highly skilled individual!
