We each chose different injectable medications -- my daughter got the cheaper semaglutide, and I paid an extra $150 for tirzepatide. But when the medications arrived, mine turned out to be the semaglutide as well, just in a higher dose. When I went back to the clinic to ask about it, the front desk lady gave me an unbelievable explanation -- she told me the medication name printed on the bottle was probably "spelled wrong by the pharmacy." This is original manufacturer packaging, not something a pharmacy prints. That excuse was completely unacceptable. They finally had me speak with the provider, who then gave me the correct product I had paid for. I later spoke with the manager, and the explanation shifted again -- now it was that the provider had "accidentally" selected the wrong product. This is a $150 difference. There is absolutely no reason I should receive a cheaper product than what I paid for, without being informed. It feels dishonest and careless. I signed up for a three-month program, so if I hadn't noticed they gave me the semaglutide formula, I basically got ripped off and overpaid $450 for those three months. My advice to anyone considering this clinic: When you receive your medication, do NOT assume it's correct. Check every detail. Make sure you actually received the product you paid for.

The reason I was returning these products is because I never got started on the diet due to the fact that the counselor helping me never gave me the pre-diet or any instructions on what to do next. Upon returning home I looked through my bags And realized I didn't have any of the sheets of instructions or pre-diet or anything except for the two boxes that I paid for. The following day I called the center and let her know that she never gave me the diet sheet in which she said yes it's right here I'm so sorry I will give you the information over the phone. I told her at that time I was not interested in pursuing the diet further because I actually didn't feel like if they were competent enough to give me one sheet of instructions today would be called the kicking off to help me. And I actually didn't even use the word competition because it wasn't that big of a deal to me it was just a mistake and I didn't want to hold that against her. At the time of purchase when I was checking out another customer came in and I specifically asked her if I didn't decided not to do it or it didn't work if I could return the products that I purchased which she told me yes it is a 30 day return policy. Well today I went to return my products after traveling for most of July and she a did not remember who I was be would not return my product products see would not let me speak with the manager And this is just the beginning of the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I asked her she could call the manager for me because this center is a bout 40 minutes from my home she told me I would have to come back the next day I said I feel like that is counterproductive when we could just call her now or we could get a refund she then try to backtrack and told me she never said I could return the product and if she had said that she would have told me only two weeks. We went back and forth like this for over 20 minutes. When I told her I would like to contact the local authority because she was stealing from me she told me I was ugly she called me a monster she called me a bully. She told me "I was obviously used to being a bully and getting away with it and she would not give me my way." She told me I was "too pretty to be so ugly on the inside and that I shouldn't go around being so ugly." I told her if she thought I was a bully that I wouldn't be standing in front of her shaking literally I held out my hand and showed her that I was shaking as she screamed at me how ugly and bullying and a monster I was. I absolutely cannot believe I was just treated that way! I am still shaking as I type this email. When I asked her what her name was she screamed at me that "I should know because I spent all that time with her." Which is very ironic because she searched for my file for 30 minutes and couldn't remember that I was there and was trying to tell me that someone else helped me my first visit. She also made other ridiculous claims that she had called me every day since then to ask me how my diet was, which is not true because I never started the diet. I offered to actually print out my phone records so that she could see that she had never called me. This is the most ridiculous and painful situation I have ever felt as a customer I have never had someone call me ugly or a monster over returning to diet products
