They have this for the hips/lower back as well. They also have a stretch therapist by appointment. In addition they have cryotherapy which I've never tried and IV drips as well as heat treatments. The staff seemed very knowledgeable regarding the IV treatments for the people next to me asking about medical history and current medications. The same staff member comes in and asks if she is okay, what IV she wanted and told her that she would let the nurse know that she is was there. I laughed to myself and I wait about 5 additional minutes, go to the front desk, tell them I am leaving and what happened. I get a follow up call from the Manager because he is the only professional in the building, but I am canceling my membership. The level of customer service does not work for my color or my time.
