Everyone there was complaining, and many were wrapped in blankets provided by the reception. When I asked the reception to increase the heat, she said they couldn't, that the building controlled the temperature, the thermostat was not in their suite -- not sure I believe that. (Their offices were comfortable, just the waiting area was cold.) It was inexcusable, especially when their service requires that patients sit for at least an hour in the waiting area for test results.

If you go in there asking for something and he doesn't think it's needed or perhaps isn't the best fit for you, he will tell you. I went in wanting botox, he refused because the natural arch in eyebrows is very high, he told me I'd be walking around with a constant look of surprise on my face because the botox would pull them eyebrows up further. Then he talked about better options for me. Another thing I love about Dr Dorner is that he's a perfectionist in everything he does and he's not satisfied until he knows you look your best. His staff is amazing too, you won't be disappointed! If procedures aren't your thing, his Anesthetist, Christine does amazing work. When I saw her I was amazed at all the options out there - Facials, chemical peels, broadband light therapy, microneedling, cool sculpting, microblading, Ultherapy and other options too numerous to mention here, she's so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain options that are best for your skin. I am extremely disappointed with my breast augmentation experience. Initially everything looked…read morefine, but over time my implants continued to drop lower and lower until they now sit extremely low and feel unsupported. I can literally pinch and move the implant because it feels like it's floating inside the pocket instead of being properly supported. My breasts are heavy, painful, and the result is nothing like what I wanted or discussed. Before surgery, I chose 485cc implants and showed multiple inspiration photos. At no point was I told a lift would be required to achieve those results. Only after I raised concerns about the outcome was I told my "natural anatomy" meant I needed a lift all along. If that had been disclosed up front, I could have made an informed decision. I paid about $8,000 for my original surgery, and when I came back unhappy with the results, I was quoted an additional $17,000 to correct it. That is more than twice the original cost just to address issues I believe should have been discussed or prevented from the beginning. This has been emotionally draining, and financially stressful. I feel I was not fully informed before surgery and not supported after complications arose. After seeing how the situation was handled, Im truly disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone looking to get cosmetic surgery, to be unhappy with the results is one thing but to be charged an arm and a leg to fix a problem that could have addressed prior to anything is crazy. DO NOT GO HERE ! When asked what risk he thought it poses, his patient coordinators refused to answer, saying 'he knows all about all 13 types of Ehlers Danlos' (something even specialists in EDS wouldn't claim) and he would refuse to operate on any of them. Clearly, someone just googled 'Ehlers Danlos surgery risk' and saw all the scary articles about type IV and type VII, and aortic root distension, and took that to mean anyone with stretchy skin will have their heart explode on the operating table. Or, maybe someone just doesn't like trans women.Either way, this is completely unprofessional and has no basis in medical fact.
