My healing process was smooth and Dr Donaldson called me after my surgery to check in. I'd say the only negative I had is that you really only meet Dr Donaldson the day of surgery. It would have been nice to have a follow up with him post surgery. I was also told that there was some sort of "graduation" ceremony during your last post surgery appointment with the surgical staff but that wasn't actually a thing. I'm also a bit disappointed that I never received a follow up when I expressed concerns regarding my scar tissue.
