There are no surprises with her, you know exactly what you're getting into at your consultation, she has a lot of experience, so she knows what she's doing, and most importantly she has good equipment. Yes laser and electrolysis are not pain free, but the results are well worth it, and in honesty it's very bearable, she gave me numbing cream the first couple of times because I was so nervous, but I could've done without it. She is very nice and compassionate, I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed during treatments. Her office is very private, clean, and inviting. Her prices are very reasonable, I was able to afford her even when I was in college, working part time.
