If you go in there asking for something and he doesn't think it's needed or perhaps isn't the best fit for you, he will tell you. I went in wanting botox, he refused because the natural arch in eyebrows is very high, he told me I'd be walking around with a constant look of surprise on my face because the botox would pull them eyebrows up further. Then he talked about better options for me. Another thing I love about Dr Dorner is that he's a perfectionist in everything he does and he's not satisfied until he knows you look your best. His staff is amazing too, you won't be disappointed! If procedures aren't your thing, his Anesthetist, Christine does amazing work. When I saw her I was amazed at all the options out there - Facials, chemical peels, broadband light therapy, microneedling, cool sculpting, microblading, Ultherapy and other options too numerous to mention here, she's so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain options that are best for your skin. I know I'm rambling now, but there's just so much to say, but another great thing about Dorner Plastic Surgery is that they're always running specials, they offer bundle options to save you money and when you're a Dorner VIP client, you get added savings!

I was told by other nurses that I am not the only one Tisha has done this too, there have been 20+ patients they are trying to fix that she saw and left permanent damage to. She was also apparently not even following the manufacters policy of tattoo removal, she was doing mine every 4 weeks, which causes significantly more damage to the area and has apparently never been recommended for the type of laser she was using. Not only has it taken almost 4 years for this process but now its irreversible damage and I wish I had never even started the tattoo removal in the first place. Do not trust her no matter how educated she appears. Complete scammer.

I was falsely encourage my the doctor and owner to try the implant for the first three months even after having second thoughts. I went in and was told My symptoms were from the testosterone and I shouldn't take it anymore. I have dilated cardiomyopathy and listed this on my intake form. After speaking to my Cardiologist I was told that Restorative Health should have never given me hormones and especially hormones that were inserted and couldn't be reversed. I wrote Ivette at Restorative Health and asked for a refund as I'm not able to continue treatment. It's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I paid $3000 up front on an American Express but when it's time to do the right thing and refund a patient that should have never been given the treatment, no refund. Don't go here. If you're paying, you'll get a lot of attention. The minute you stop, you're forgotten. Be careful. The hormone therapy isn't reversible.

The bridge between my eyebrows still has a wrinkle and somehow made a new wrinkle after the treatment! Maybe it's because he's a psychiatrist with a record! When the procedure was done, he told me to come back in 10 days for a follow. I received 6 text messages from their office with 2 different dates and 3 different times then what I was scheduled at. So I went to the latest text message that had the date and time that I confirmed. Of course when I arrived at my scheduled time, the office was closed. There was no notification of it being closed nor did I receive any calls to reschedule. It's now been 4 days later and still nothing from the office! Don't waste your money here!!
