I have been to the Dublin location at least six times over the past few years and every single time I have gone here, they exceed my expectations. Not only are they nice and friendly and the facilities is very clean, the therapist and aestheticians are exceptional when I need a service. Eileen's massage services and Audrey's facial services are S-tier. I started scheduling for concerns (i.e. I had a pulled muscle that didn't seem to heal after 3 months), and it was solved in one visit; or recently had body tightness that a massage gun didn't quite solve- and it was sorted within 5 minutes. Genuinely I feel my limbs are looser, and I've gained a few years on my life haha. Same with facials, I try not to make a habit of scheduling them too much, but I find a monthly facial is enough to brighten and smooth my skin texture for 2ish weeks (Although I notably do not do skin care normally). I've tried a few of the add-ons including the Diamond Glow and NuFace Microcurrent and although it's pricy, those experiences were the most memorable and seemed to last longer then the classic facials. It's a really relaxed vibe, and while they do frequently offer recommendations and specials - there's absolutely no pressure. (I appreciate that they give you a speel on products if you're interested, but by default put it away unless you express interest.) The staff at the front desk is always bright and bubbly; overall I feel significantly in better spirits when I leave and the effects last more then 48 hours for me personally. I think previously I left a skeptical review (potentially on a different branch's Yelp? Although it was meant for this branch), but genuinely it's a really worth every star- as I feel like they've also improved with feedback (and perhaps getting a feel of what I like and don't like.) Again, definitely religiously recommend Eileen and Audrey for their services. They're amazing.

I do have various allergies / sensitivities that others may not have... so I expressed my concerns / issues prior to the procedure. I was told mild settings would be used. I experienced fat loss and a complete change in facial skin texture post procedure. The medical director offered to help in any way they could after the damage but unfort to get the treatment I needed to finally fix my face I had to seek treatment elsewhere. Hours of my own research, facial pain, being unable to feel okay going outside for months... it was a very dark time. The "mild" settings (which they described as mild to me in writing via text) were 2MM depth on my cheeks with 60 percent heat intensity." I'm sitting in my car trying to feel myself and these new lifted lashes, but all I could see was black residue from products she used. My lashes were also clearly unevenly curled which was unfortunate. I feel like Kay was not taking care of me, assisting other people while it was seconds from removing product from my lashes. I was never in a private room like the other clients, but sat in the main room where people entered and left the building. I'm not sure If I'll be coming back, but I'm desperately looking for a reliable place in Columbus still. Also I wanted to mention that she did tell me that if I called within the next week I could get them redone, but this was only if they had visibly fallen. As much as I hoped they would fall a little so I could get them redone, the lashes stay intact for the most part! It was the experience during and the results that really bummed me out!

A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work.
