I did three BBL laser sessions to remove freckle spots. Allie was excellent at explaining what the best procedure would be for what I needed, describing the exact procedure before and as it occurred, and following up for aftercare. The front desk staff is a bonus, very professional and personable and they gave me the sweetest gift bag of goodies when I went on my birthday. The other time I arrived quite a bit early and was treated to the red-light therapy room while I waited. read more

Amazing service!! Allie was so beyond helpful and understanding, and was very informative about the whole process! She immediately made me feel comfortable and safe and took great care! It was clean inside and everyone was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place for any of their services!! read more

650 dollars for a facial with a one-time serum application! I thought that I was scheduling a procedure similar to microneedling and I was not. I genuinely feel like I've been robbed. The new receptionists are very rude as well. I was a customer there for 10 years, not anymore. read more

I should have known from the minute I walked in. The girl checking me in had so much makeup and her lashes were like thick spiders. She couldn't handle the pen because her nails were way too long and curved. I felt bad for her because I felt like she was hiding her natural beauty. I had to sign something that stated I wouldn't put out a bad review. It was strange. They were not clear on the price so when I checked out I gasped! What the hell? The procedure was nothing like I receive at another place. I fell for this racket of a place. Reading others experiences I see why they don't want anyone giving an honest review. Beware!!! read more

I was asked if I wanted to come in to be a model for a girl to learn how to do lip fill. It's gonna be free and of course I said yes I don't know what they put in my lips but by the next day they look like they did before they put anything in them they obviously put water or something in there for her to learn because it was not lip filler I have had lip filler multiple times and they did not put that in my lips, and I even tipped her $100. I always love to go there but for them to do something like that so disrespectful and when I was leaving, they all were cheering and they probably knew what they did what they put in my lips. This happened a couple years ago and you know I still cannot forget it cause I can't believe she would do something like that. I would never go to them again. read more

I have been to a couple if different places for injectables but BB Aesthetic is BY FAR superior. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Cara at BB Aesthetics is the most amazing lip artist. She takes her time to explain everything and makes sure she understands exactly what look you are trying to achieve while keeping your health and safety her highest priority. I would highly recommend her and this entire business to everyone. I will be a repeat customer forever! read more

Amazing group and they care for each individual and their concerns - they really focus on what's important to their patients and give great recommendations for a treatment plan of any type. These girls are genuinely kind, extremely personable and highly placed & experienced in their field ... I highly recommend :) read more

I had heard a lot of good things about this place and finally decided it was time to check them out. I made an appointment online and was excited for the day to come. When I arrived, I was a little caught off guard by where it was and the building it was in but I was able to find my way to their second floor office. I stood awkwardly at the front desk until someone came by to check me in. I was definitely expecting a more professional experience and this already felt very different. After waiting a while, I was told that my technician was running late and so they were having someone else treat me. That individual was speedy, didn't understand how to keep her mask over her nose, and was very cold. For being a first time visitor, I was pretty shocked at how everything went. Overall, my results were nice and subtle but I don't think I'll be going back. The experience was a solid three stars but when it comes to my face, I'm really looking for a five star experience and this place missed the mark for me. read more

I have had services here, and none of the services were effective. I understand that it is not required to be highly effective, but the services that are only effective are only 30% and amount of money spent expensive , which is really not worth it. I have had botox injections for frown lines elsewhere, and the effect is very long lasting and the money spent is cheaper than here. I also got injections here in the brow area, but the effect is extremely low and dissolves quickly and does not last long. I am very disappointed. I do not have the habit and do not like to give a one star service or complain, but here I feel like I spent money and it was not really effective. read more

If i could give a 0 stars, i would. Starting from this place is a hokes! They draw you in by giving you a "promo" deal then proceed to give you the worst filler brand possible so you leave and come back wanting more (they make you pay the full amount next time, even though the first time did absolutely nothing to my lips) took my mom to get botox and non of the botox went into affect. So bad that they openly admitted the the botox they gave her were BAD and EXPIRED so they proceeded to give her another round of botox for free to make up for it and they still are the worst botox shes ever had! Their products are not up to date, extremely rude and horrible customer service! the most stuck up aesthetics i have ever been to! Ive been all around the world getting aesthetics done to me and no one acts like the workers here. Its unfortunate. read more

I'm really sad. I really wanted to like this place. I have worked in a medical aesthetics practice for 5 years up until COVID so I am very familiar with Botox and neurotoxins. I've had them consistently every 4 months during that time. Mine often doesn't last as long as others bc of my metabolism but I got more units than I normally do and I can say after a month, at least half of it is gone. It's clearly over diluted or very poor technique . Really a bummer. I also had the girl on the phone be very very rude to me but my injector as well as the owner were very nice to me when I was there , although very rushed so that's why I gave 2 stars instead of one. Like I said I am just disappointed because times are hard and it's a treat to do this when money isn't quite the same. read more

BB Aesthetic & Wellness - My forehead has never looked better!! I'm 38! No wrinkles thanks to BB! - Skin Care Near Me - Westerville, Ohio

After my injector from another medspa moved to AZ several years ago, I've been searching far and wide for someone who has the same injection techniques as her and will give me the results I've missed so much. I have been getting Botox/Dysport and lip filler since I was 27 (I am now 35), so this definitely isn't my first rodeo with injectables lol. On a whim, I booked with the owner, Brittney, for Dysport. I've FINALLY found my new forever injector!! I explained to her what my goals were and she exceeded my expectations! Brittney is also extremely knowledgeable, kind, funny, and just makes you feel comfortable. She's so passionate about what she does! We chit-chatted and I never felt rushed. I couldn't recommend BB Aesthetic enough! I am actually about to schedule my next Dysport treatment as well as some lip filler, as mine has worn off a little on my top lip. Photo was taken 2 weeks after my last appointment while on vacation (December 2022). read more

BB Aesthetic & Wellness - A couple weeks after my Dysport treatment with Brittney! - Skin Care Near Me - Westerville, Ohio

Do not waste your money at BB Aesthetic. They are undertrained and over booked. Every appointment is rushed and they don't truly care for your individual needs as a patient. Every treatment I've had here I've had to get dissolved elsewhere! Costing me thousands of dollars to correct and yet they gaslit me into thinking there was nothing wrong with my results. Do not go here for lip fillers, my fillers were placed too superficial, they were hard and lumps were visible. Confirmed with other injectors that this was done incorrectly. read more

This team is super professional and 100% driven towards customer satisfaction. They really focus on their clients on an individual basis. What a kind team, which makes me feel good when I have a rotten day. Thank you, BB! read more

I have been a client at BB Aesthetics for many years. The services offered are affordable and high quality. I like the clean, beautiful rooms where treatments are administered. The front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out is a breeze. Sara has given me my Botox treatments this past year and stops my wrinkles in their tracks! I highly recommend BB Aesthetics for all your beauty treatments! read more

I could not be happier with my results, lip blushing; what a game change in my day; with my fabulous new eyebrows and lip blushing, I slide over clear lip balm, and I am out the door. I had a facial, and my skin was like a newborn skin; the people were so kind here at BB Aesthetic and treated me like a princess. I was in town on business and I explained I am last minute, IF they have a cancellation and can get me in that would be great, I received a text at 8:05 PM that they had a 10:00 AM opening the next day, who works accommodating customers after hours nowadays, BB Aesthetic does! I did see some unfavorable Yelp reviews, but then Google has nothing but 5 stars; if you look at reviews, there is a place on the page where it says these reviews are not part of the business overall reviews; read those, I think, 10 pages of 5-star reviews. If people only have reviewed one time or the first one and it is bad, it is a fake one, as many of these reviews are, Yelp does not follow up, whereas Google does. I am in Columbus every 3 weeks and will see BB Aesthetic each time. It is time I treat myself, and I found the best place; if you want the best, go here; if they make you feel half as great as they made me feel, you will be so very happy! read more

Brittney is amazing and is a true professional. I have been to several places for juvederm and on a recent trip to visit family, I came to see Brittney. My cousin recommended her and I saw her lips in-person which prompted me to make an emergency appointment as I was only there for a week! The staff was so accommodating and I'm so glad they were able to squeeze me in. Brittney is patient and meticulous and she listened to what I wanted. I gave her a few photos for reference, but in my opinion, mine came out better! I can't wait to go back after the new year for a touch up. I highly recommend Brittney and sorry, in advance, to my family who will be seeing much more of me moving forward. read more

Some of the best service i have ever received. The location is gorgeous and the staff is so kind. I (kind of spontaneously) made an appointment using the online booking (so easy) for dysport at a friends recommendation. Hilary came in and asked me why I came to bb aesthetic. She didnt pressure me into any product or service. She genuinely wanted to know why I decided to come and what was my motivation. After a brief consultation, we decided dysport was the way to go. She was very informative and walked me through the entire procedure. It's only been a week and i love my results so much. I will never go anywhere else. read more

I was so excited to find Matt here after searching for him after he left where I used to go. In that time when I couldn't find him, I went to someone else a couple times with not nearly the same results. I finally went back to Matt and was thrilled with the results! He listened to everything I was looking for and executed perfectly not making me look overdone. I would definitely recommend going here! read more

I went to BB specifically to get my lips done by Matt and he did not disappoint! Not only did my lips look amazing after but he explained everything to me while doing the procedure and made me feel super comfortable. A prior injector made one side of my upper lip a little unsymmetrical and he made them look so much better- almost perfect. I'm going back in June to get more filler + Botox with him and can't wait! Highly recommend!!! read more

Visited Matt for my lips and he is the only injector I will now go to! He's extremely knowledgeable in the fillers themselves for your desired look and has a strong background. Not only did he make my lips look phenomenal and gave me EXACTLY what I asked for, he actually helped camouflage another injector's poor quality of work. I would recommend absolutely anyone to visit him! Top of the line work. read more

As good as it gets! Brit and Kerie! I do not trust anyone else with my Botox. I want an effective, affordable, PAIN FREE experience and I have found that with them! THANK YOU LADIES! You do it all RIGHT!! XO! read more

Brittney and everyone at BB are awesome. I was in for botox and a little filler in my oral commisures. I had never done filler there before so was worried about pain. They numbed me up great with lidocaine cream and I barely felt a pinch. Two weeks have passed and my botox looks great. I had a little uneven spot from the filler and Brittney touched it up at no charge. I understand with swelling and filler a little touch up is super normal and doesn't reflect on the injector at all! I have been getting botox around Columbus for a few years now and I definitely found my new permanent spot. The office is super easy to get to with lots of parking so you are in and out and a few years younger in no time! read more

Crystal is "the miracle" worker of skin! I live in Southern California, (Palm Springs) it is hard to shield the sun even when trying to... which over the years has caused me to have hyperpigmentation & sun damage. When I visited Crystal, she recommended a VI Peel & dermaplane & ever since then I have been hooked! I am so glad I found Crystal visiting family in Ohio! She is always so professional, knowledgeable & even consults me on products & skin regimen when I am home on the West Coast. If ever jet lagged & feeling like your skin could use a " pick me up", Have her try the OxyGeno O+ treatment on you, tried it on my last visit, there was no downtime & my skin looked fabulous afterwards. I keep my fingers crossed that one of these times I will convince her to relocate to So. Cal! read more

Matt Hastings is the best of the best! I came to him for fillers about a year ago and I will only go to him now (no really, I fly in from NYC to go to him). Not only is he the nicest, most genuine individual, but he is extremely profession and makes sure you are comfortable and informed about every step of a procedure. I highly recommend him for fillers or botox. He is an expert craftsman and you can tell through his passion and precision he wants the best for every patient. read more

All good things to say about BB Aesthetic! I'm so lucky to have found Matt Hastings here - he is by far the most knowledgeable & talented injector I have ever found. I had wanted to get undereye filler for years, but was nervous about the procedure.. Matt has done my botox & microneedling before, and I really trust him as an injector - when I expressed interest in doing my under eyes he walked me through the process from start to finish, no pressure. I finally decided to go through with the procedure and I am absolutely THRILLED with the results. Matt & BB are the best - I won't go anywhere else! read more

I've known Brittney for 16 years, she is a perfectionist & a professional with everything she does. If you want to trust anyone to work on your face - it would be her. I love everything about Bb! The staff is friendly, the office is beautiful and the results are amazing! Dr Bobby was so awesome. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave a full report on how many units he would be injecting so there would be no surprise at checkout. I am so thrilled with the results! I'll be making an appointment soon for under eye filler. I saw the results on their Instagram page & I'm sold!! Thank you, Bb for helping this aging girl feel better about looking in the mirror every day!! read more

I recently moved to the area and decided to try BB Aesthetic for Botox. I've had Botox done for the past three years out of state and never had any issues. They didn't use any numbing or even offer an ice pack. It was very painful and made my eyes water. I told them I like a very soft look and to go light with the application. They did not and the application was so uneven that my left eye now droops very heavily. I emailed them about this and they offered to add more into my left eye to raise it up. Brittany did the second application and it made zero difference. During the appointment she said it looked like I had excess skin on my eyelid. I do not. It was not like that before the Botox. This upset me because I felt like they were shirking responsibility. She said to let her know of the progress and when I told her I was still having issues she said well that happens sometimes and I'd just have to wait it out till it goes away. So after paying several hundred dollars I'm now stuck with a droopy eyelid for 6 months. There was no offer of a refund or a discount on my next application. I felt like they were kinda just like well it sucks to be you. Very disappointed. read more

Went here for my very first lip injection. Went with my sister and we both got it done. Her application was done all over her lips, mine was done on the bottom and the sides of the top not in the middle. After two weeks my lips looked swollen on the sides of the top and thin in the middle! I called the office and went in and was told it was my choice if I wanted to get additional product in my lips and that it wasn't usual to have it placed all over. Also was told that if I got it in the middle it would push my lips out and I would look like Lisa Rinna (thanks). After arguing my case for 5-10 minutes was given additional product to even out the way they looked and wasn't even numbed. Last visit from me ever! read more

It took literally 15 minutes, and Brittany was so nice. She did not try and push anything I didn't need like other places, and worked within my budget. Much more personable than anywhere else I have been and made me feel super comfortable about my first time getting Botox! read more

I got my lips done by Brittney at an event hosted at Lacquer Gallery in the beginning of this year. I've had a bump on my lip since then that I thought was just the result of not being injected evenly. However I've since seen a plastic surgeon who confirmed that it's excess product that wasn't injected correctly and now I have to pay several hundred to get it dissolved. I probably should've known getting my lips done at a salon isn't safe but they truly did a poor job. read more
