I love Monarch Aesthetics. My first appointment was a few weeks ago around when most places were just opening and I was apprehensive about COVID-19 safety. I was pleased to know that masks are a requirement and all that of the staff wears them as well. Facial injections are not only close contact but also require a break in the skin and because of this safety and sanitation are top priority. Made an appointment at this establishment and was not aware of their "mask required" policy- which I had one in my vehicle and could have easily grabbed, no big deal. The red head with curly hair, decided to RUDELY tell me I was not welcome in the office without a mask. Had she been decent about it, I would have gladly grabbed it. But she was insanely rude, and had an awful attitude. Needless to say, I will take my money and business to a Aesthetic practice that knows how to treat patients.
