It's clear this business does not prioritize its customers once they've paid. It only gets worse. I had to call myself to confirm, only to find out that Tisha had resigned and my appointment couldn't happen. No call, no email, no effort to notify me. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the clinic, and not once has anyone returned my calls. Instead of fixing the problem or honoring the service I already paid for, staff keep trying to upsell me on other services. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I paid in full for laser treatments--not for excuses or sales pitches. This is extremely poor management and unacceptable customer service. If you cannot deliver the services you advertise and take full payment for, you should not be operating this way. Management needs to take accountability immediately. She sold me on a membership type deal where they collect $50 on a monthly basis and add it to a "bank" that I can use for services in the future. It pretty much adds up over time until your next visit and then it doesn't feel like as much of an expense when the time comes. I've done this at nail salons and can confirm it's a nice thing to have. For this trip I went with some wrinkle relaxers, aka botox. It had been a hot minute since the last time I got it and it was a breeze. Pain free to the point where I hardly felt it. My results came in within a week or so and they're great. After several months now, I can see a change in the treatments I received from the Zerona laser. As long as you change your diet and maintain the exercise, the results will last.
