As in my two previous occasions, I waited about 20 minutes because they do not take your time in consideration at all. A staff member comes in and offers everyone but me to try the compression sleeves. Then a woman wanting an IV comes about 15 minutes after me and is serviced immediately. The same staff member comes in and asks if she is okay, what IV she wanted and told her that she would let the nurse know that she is was there. I laughed to myself and I wait about 5 additional minutes, go to the front desk, tell them I am leaving and what happened. I get a follow up call from the Manager because he is the only professional in the building, but I am canceling my membership. The level of customer service does not work for my color or my time. Everyone in the salon is extremely pleasant and engaging, and the space is cozy, clean, and has a good energy about it. They don't have their own parking, but there is a large lot nearby and I've never really had any issue finding a spot.
