As in my two previous occasions, I waited about 20 minutes because they do not take your time in consideration at all. A staff member comes in and offers everyone but me to try the compression sleeves. Then a woman wanting an IV comes about 15 minutes after me and is serviced immediately. The same staff member comes in and asks if she is okay, what IV she wanted and told her that she would let the nurse know that she is was there. I laughed to myself and I wait about 5 additional minutes, go to the front desk, tell them I am leaving and what happened. I get a follow up call from the Manager because he is the only professional in the building, but I am canceling my membership. The level of customer service does not work for my color or my time. Smh.....

For this treatment they put the Normatec sleeves on your legs and they got to work with pressurizing different areas. It helped a lot with recovery the next day. The staff seemed very knowledgeable regarding the IV treatments for the people next to me asking about medical history and current medications. Called several other locations & was told they still provide injectables. I spoke with my friend , who receives injectables, and she said 2 pharmacists, from Option Care, never heard of this and they still provide injectables. ISSUE #2 Getting injectables at Retail Pharmacy & supplies from Option Care. You can't get a injectable from a retail pharmacy (Walgreens) and have Option Care provide supplies to administer medication and to take care of line. Once again these rules/ policies don't pertain to my friend as she gets injectable thru Walgreens, & supplies thru Option Care. She spoke with 2 pharmacist, at her branch, and they said it's allowed. ISSUE #3 Inpatient Hospitalization/Resumption of care. I was told if someone was inpatient they would need resumption of care orders at discharge and Option Care would deem them a new patient. OPTION CARE Rules need to apply to everyone at all branches. Not just some.

I have never been treated so rudely or unreasonably in my life. I had the last sauna slot of the…read moreday, and had about 20 minutes to take a shower. They have two restrooms, but only one has a shower in it. One of their employees was using the restroom with the shower in it to go to the bathroom, and I was standing outside of the door wrapped in a towel holding my clothes for 7 to 8 minutes. At one point, the manager walked by and asked how things were going. I told her I was waiting for the shower. I went in the other bathroom to be out of sight for a few minutes because I was naked and wrapped up in a towel standing in the hallway. The employee, Marquis, finally got out of the bathroom, and I took a shower. When I came out, it was after they closed by about 10 minutes, about the time that it took me to wait for the bathroom. The manager was extremely rude to me, and told me that if I kept leaving after close time, they wouldn't allow me to have the last spot of the day anymore. I told her it was because her employee was in the shower bathroom for 10 minutes while I waited. Then she proceeded to tell me that I should just do a "quick rinse off". I told her that I had a skin condition and that she had no right to tell me how to shower. She also told me that saunas are 55 minutes instead of 60, even though they set the timer in the sauna for 60 minutes every time. She was extremely rude to me, and blamed me for something that was her employee's fault. A few days later, I scheduled a sauna slot for the last time of the day, and the employee that was in shower restroom, Marquis, told me that I could not have that slot. I reminded him that I left a little bit after they closed because I was waiting for him in the shower. The manager rudely came out to me and said "I can call security if you would like". I explained to her that the reason why I left later was because he was using the bathroom. She was extremely rude to me and lied to me and said that she was sitting on the couch in the hallway the whole time and was watching me (which she wasn't) and said I was in the sauna till 5:48 (I came out at 5:40), and that Marquis came out of the bathroom at 5:47. She wasn't sitting on the couch in the hallway, but walked by me in the hallway when I had been standing there for about five minutes outside of the bathroom. She said, "what's going on?" I told her that I was waiting for the shower. At that point it had been about five minutes that I was waiting. I had gone in the other bathroom to hide for a little bit so people wouldn't see me standing there in a towel while I waited for Marquis to stop pooping or whatever he was doing in the bathroom. I was talking to her in a reasonable, calm manner, and as soon as I started saying anything to her, she called the police and the security, and two policeman and a security guard showed up. Absolutely ridiculous. She has beyond horrible customer service skills, and I cannot believe that she has this job. She has always been rude to me, but this is over the top. She needs to be fired or else will be hurt by her terrible treatment of clients. she was nothing but mean to me, and completely unreasonable, and did not acknowledge the fact that I had to wait for him to get out of the bathroom, and me, saying that she was sitting there in the hallway the whole time, which she wasn't, and said I didn't 548, and that the employee came out of the shower room at 5:47. she said that she was not a liar, and called me a liar. Just completely unbelievable. This lady needs to absolutely be fired. She told me I had to leave because she was trying to help a client, and I told her I was her client, and that I have been a good client for a long time, and she said, "Perception is everything." Just another example of her complete rudeness. as I left, Marquis held the door for me and I tried to shake his hand and said to him, "I appreciate you. You've always been nice to me." And he refused to shake my hand, and the manager said, "He's on my side." Wow. Just wow.

Overall I had a good experience except when my year ran out and I couldn't get one last script…read morewritten because my year ran out. So I had to go off my HRT cold turkey since they wouldn't fill one last script. Not really a great endorsement of how they treat people if you haven't given them $5,000 Just so you can have a script written.
