If you go in there asking for something and he doesn't think it's needed or perhaps isn't the best fit for you, he will tell you. I went in wanting botox, he refused because the natural arch in eyebrows is very high, he told me I'd be walking around with a constant look of surprise on my face because the botox would pull them eyebrows up further. Then he talked about better options for me. Another thing I love about Dr Dorner is that he's a perfectionist in everything he does and he's not satisfied until he knows you look your best. His staff is amazing too, you won't be disappointed! If procedures aren't your thing, his Anesthetist, Christine does amazing work. When I saw her I was amazed at all the options out there - Facials, chemical peels, broadband light therapy, microneedling, cool sculpting, microblading, Ultherapy and other options too numerous to mention here, she's so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain options that are best for your skin. I know I'm rambling now, but there's just so much to say, but another great thing about Dorner Plastic Surgery is that they're always running specials, they offer bundle options to save you money and when you're a Dorner VIP client, you get added savings!

I have been left with visible nasal scarring, an appearance that causes me profound sorrow, and difficulty breathing. The emotional impact has severely affected my ability to function in daily life. I originally sought treatment for a minor asymmetry in my nostrils. My understanding is that Dr. Dorner cut completely through the outside of my nose on both sides, removed tissue, and pulled the remaining tissue together with sutures. Afterward, I was left with scars, indentations, and visible suture marks across the front and sides of my nasal tip. My tip and nostrils were pulled significantly upward, dramatically changing the appearance of my nose. I did not have these issues and upward rotation before the surgery nor did I ask for an aggressively turned up nasal tip. Beyond the appearance, the sides of my nose now visibly collapse inward when I inhale, making nasal breathing difficult. I have been told this is nasal valve collapse. I have also been told during subsequent consultations, with some of the most notable rhinoplasty surgeons in the country, that the nasal incisions may have compromised blood flow to my nasal tip. This could make corrective surgery more dangerous, including a risk of tissue loss. Facing the possibility that attempts to repair these problems could cause further harm has been deeply frightening. This is a horrific outcome. I sought subtle improvements and have been left dealing with substantial changes to my appearance, breathing problems, and severe emotional distress. I am sharing my experience because these consequences are lasting and affect me every day. I believe prospective patients deserve to hear about my outcome when considering this surgeon. I was encouraged to try half of an implant and that after three months I would have the other half inserted. I was looking to help with sleep, weight and energy. All things I was promised I would see results for. After two weeks, I started my period after 13 years and was very upset. I called and was encourage to allow the three months. I called another time because of other side effects that were opposite of what I was looking for. I then cancel before the three month follow up and the other half of the implant. I still was charged for several months and when I realized, I called to be told it would not happen again and that they could see I never received the other half. Here we are again this month and they are charging me. My husband spoke to Steve in billing who told me before that I would not see charges, now is saying I still owed for the whole implant. I was falsely encourage my the doctor and owner to try the implant for the first three months even after having second thoughts. I had a bad vibe then and spoke to my husband but being so desperate to feel better, went against my self and husband to do it anyhow. After speaking to my Cardiologist I was told that Restorative Health should have never given me hormones and especially hormones that were inserted and couldn't be reversed. I wrote Ivette at Restorative Health and asked for a refund as I'm not able to continue treatment. It's been a couple of weeks and I still haven't received a refund. I paid $3000 up front on an American Express but when it's time to do the right thing and refund a patient that should have never been given the treatment, no refund. Don't go here. If you're paying, you'll get a lot of attention. The minute you stop, you're forgotten. Be careful. The hormone therapy isn't reversible.

The bridge between my eyebrows still has a wrinkle and somehow made a new wrinkle after the treatment! Maybe it's because he's a psychiatrist with a record! When the procedure was done, he told me to come back in 10 days for a follow. I received 6 text messages from their office with 2 different dates and 3 different times then what I was scheduled at. So I went to the latest text message that had the date and time that I confirmed. Of course when I arrived at my scheduled time, the office was closed. There was no notification of it being closed nor did I receive any calls to reschedule. It's now been 4 days later and still nothing from the office! Don't waste your money here!!
