I arrived at the location at 5:10 pm. Receptionist said " we do not accept patients for IV after 5:15." I said it is 5:10. Her reply. " we don't do them after 5:10." Either she made this up or this is Company policy of which is not on the website. This is important as I could have gone to another IV location before 6 o'clock but because she/they wasted my time that was not possible.
