The same staff member comes in and asks if she is okay, what IV she wanted and told her that she would let the nurse know that she is was there. I laughed to myself and I wait about 5 additional minutes, go to the front desk, tell them I am leaving and what happened. I get a follow up call from the Manager because he is the only professional in the building, but I am canceling my membership. The level of customer service does not work for my color or my time. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.
