They have this for the hips/lower back as well. They also have a stretch therapist by appointment. In addition they have cryotherapy which I've never tried and IV drips as well as heat treatments. The staff seemed very knowledgeable regarding the IV treatments for the people next to me asking about medical history and current medications. The same staff member comes in and asks if she is okay, what IV she wanted and told her that she would let the nurse know that she is was there. I laughed to myself and I wait about 5 additional minutes, go to the front desk, tell them I am leaving and what happened. I get a follow up call from the Manager because he is the only professional in the building, but I am canceling my membership. The level of customer service does not work for my color or my time. I got home and had to wash my face off to remove the scrub left on skin and heavy thick moisturizer. as soon as i put warm water on my face I felt a burning sensation. all over. the deems plane had left scrapes and red bumps all over my face. I had to get hydro cortisone to calm the burn and itching. I went to the Easton store to speak to a manager and none on site on Sunday and I was assured a manager would contact me. it is 15 days later and no contact from Boss Gal to even inquire if I am ok and how my skin is healing. I have been a customer for some time but I will never go back.
