Well, I had one of those something is seriously wrong moments and called this place to see if they could help a girl out. I told them what was going on, and they got me in within 2 days with Dr. Kovack. They took about 100 xrays (ok, not really, but they took a lot) and were very thorough in making sure they got every angle of my arm in an xray. The doctor came in after viewing the xrays and told me I needed a cortisone shot. He assured me that it didn't hurt and that he would even numb my shoulder 1st. After carefully considering all the facts, I reluctantly let him give me the shot (I swear I thought I was gonna croak--I was so scared). It didn't hurt, not even a little bit. He made me a follow up visit and told me if I didn't need it to just cancel it (which I will, my shoulder feel amazing). I would highly recommend this place.

I kept getting different providers with my tele visits and felt like I continuously had to answer the same questions every other time I'd have my virtual visits, specifically, my bloodwork. I wanted to give the Gameday Reynoldsburg a try. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt at home and liked I belonged on their team. Each and every person I interacted with made me feel comfortable and very welcome. Everyone had great synergy and showed much passion to be there - which is rare this day in age. The office staff were extremely pleasant to speak with and help answer any questions I had. I happened speak briefly with the Ryan the owner, and he said I could get my lab work done, hang out in the locker room/waiting room and wait for my results and get a plan and start treatment. My mind was instantly blown! I have not been to any other facility where I can get my results in less than 15 minutes then start treatment same day. I did bring my past blood results just in case so I could speak with the provider about. Mike, the NP, was extremely informative as to what's happening and the why and made me feel like I was the most important person he was seeing all day. He instilled in me confidence and a tailored plan that I have not experienced with any other provider I have been to. Also, I was playing basketball at church recently and reinjured an old injury from college. Mike walked me through the process of shockwave therapy and how it will help relieve pain in my shoulder.
