Had my nails done by Lio. He stated he was the best there, if he's the best then don't go here. While doing my nails he stop several time to watch video on his phone, and even check to see if he still had Starbucks points. Because this was more important than what I was paying for. He bragged the whole time about how rich he is, how you will never find anyone better then him, how he knows best and no one questions him. Well..... I asked for natural looking set of ombré nail and received nails that were over 1/2 thick, crooked, and different size on same finger opposite hand. My right pinky finger nail was the size of my left hand index finger nail. I could see that the tip that was placed on was way larger than my actual nail size. When I asked him to make it smaller he stated that I should trust him and that it was my finger fault. I asked for coffin shape and got super square shape. Paid over $80 and less than two days later I had to get them taken off and redone at another salon. He knew they were bad because when he finish he had the owner come over to check to see if I was happy. I didn't understand why you would ask such a silly question when you can clearly see I was upset, unhappy and my nails looked like a child did it. I was there for over 2 hours and didn't want to stay any longer so didn't say anything. I just wanted to get the hell out of there and away from Lio. I only gave this place 2/5 star because the place is in a great location, and every one else was nice. I just like recommend to stay away from him unless you like your nail to look like sh*t or if you someone who loves to talk about themselves instead caring about the service they're there to provide. read more

I checked the reviews before going and I thought the salon sounded pretty good. So, I gave it a try. I had a tech named Random. I was getting a pedi/mani and he started with the pedi. He was working on my left big toe and was digging pretty deep. I told him he was hurting me and he stopped, but it was too late. My toe started bleeding. It bled for about 10 minutes. He told me that since my toe was a little crooked, he couldn't get the in grown nail out of the side. I'm ok with that - but no need to cut me. He then started trying to make small talk, even though it was obvious that I had my headphones on and was on my phone watching videos. He was trying to act like nothing happened and be all nice. The manager simply stated the same excuse, but did apologize. So, unless your toes are perfectly straight, don't go here!! read more

I've brought my son in both times I've come in & the workers never fail to compliment him & make us feel so welcome. Not many nail salons that I've been to are as open to welcoming kids in (understandably so). They're so incredibly kind, accommodating, and understanding ! When I've come I've only gotten pedicures, and both were AMAZING !! They took their time, carefully shaped them & asked me after they were done if it's what I wanted ! There have been a couple times I've tried to come in & didn't realized they were about to close, but without shunning or shaming me, they kindly asked that I reschedule due to short staffing. Visiting Texas for a few weeks and this is THE spot for nails! The staff is extremely friendly and they have such a HUGE selection of regular nail polishes, gel polishes, powder gel, and designs. I was a walk in on a Friday but they were able to work on me right away. I love how professional they are and the whole salon is clean and super nice! The nails are shaped well and the color is beautiful, but they seem really, really thick to me. I have gotten sns nails in the past and the old acrylic nails and they were never this thick. If the nails were thinner at the cuticle, my review would easily be a 5 star rating. I'm not sure if I'll go back or not yet. read more
