King suite had stains on the window blinds, bedding and floors were not vacuumed. The bathroom reeked of marijuana as did the hotel entrance.

Okay stay at a Hyatt House that has lost some of its luster. Quality seems to have slipped since my last visit. The hotel chain, which has updated its logo but not its furniture, no longer provides guests with complimentary bottled water, and the name brand toiletries are gone. This had been my go-to hotel for upstate New York travel. I love the location, which is across from a Super Walmart and within walking distance to the Hudson Valley Town Center shops, restaurants, and movie theater. Liz the front desk manager provided a warm welcome upon check-in, but a few unfortunate incidents soon followed. Cleanliness 3/5 First, upon entering the room, I did a quick cleaning with alcohol wipes and found a few hairs, one on the bathroom counter and one in the bathtub. This wasn't a "deep cleaning," either, so housekeeping could be a little more thorough. There was also visible mold above the shower. Housekeeping 2/5 Next, the housekeeper on duty refused to provide an additional towel to use at the pool because, "There are already towels there." I asked her again on my way to the pool, but she was adamant that, "There are already towels there." Pool 2/5 I was then annoyed to find only two towels in the pool area, both small and starchy, the kind you use to dry your face with. Note to management: There is no national towel shortage. The next time a guest requests an additional towel to use at the pool, please instruct housekeeping to provide one. Not only that, but the pool water was perfect for polar bears: absolutely freezing. This was a huge disappointment. When I brought this to Liz's attention she responded, "I'll call maintenance to check on this." I later heard a man open the pool door and yell to his wife, "The water is really cold!" Breakfast 4/5 While the hot breakfast buffet was okay, by 6:30 am guests from a trucking conference had overtaken the entire seating area, and someone was giving a long-winded speech about good apprenticeship while I secured my scrambled eggs. Since there were no available seats, I brought a plate of food and coffee back to my room. Several wedding celebrations were also being held at the hotel, which made the slow elevator wait somewhat tedious. Overall it was a pleasant stay at a Hyatt House whose painted walls and wooden furniture are showing signs of wear. I paid $150 including tax for a weekday visit and will likely return, but not before calling to ensure that the indoor pool is not being used by Yetis.

Quality rooms, excellent customer service in person and over the phone, and good location right off the highway. Many hikes, breweries, and attractions are a short drive away. I stayed here a weekend they had 3 hotel blocks and they were super organized and professional with bus coordination, welcome bag coordination, and other details.

We did have a pleasant 2 night stay here. Everything was very clean. Pool and hot tub well maintained. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. It was nice to get a complimentary hot breakfast, instead of the grab 'n go that we've become accustomed to. On site food and beverages were very limited. The market was practically empty of product. Fortunately there are many restaurants, liquor stores and Walmart nearby. Overall a nice average hotel without many amenities. But, for the price which included substantial Veteran discount, I would stay here again.

Two night stay 1/20-22/19. Friendly customer service upon check-in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a sizable living room with fold out bed. This accommodated our family of 6. My 2 complaints are: when we entered our room, I noticed one of the trash bins in the rooms wasn't completely empty. It had a lotion box still inside. Second, one of the restroom sinks had a slow drain. When I brought it up to the front desk the next morning they said maintenance would fix it. But upon returning that evening, the sink was still the same. It was a major inconvenience because the water would accumulate which was gross and drain out later leaving residue. What I enjoyed is the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast foods and the made to order omelet bar was great! Everything was always stocked and never messy. The location is convenient also. There's a Walmart, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and some places to eat nearby. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Overall stay was satisfying. We were pleased from the very start. We were pleasantly accommodated for an early check in on day of arrival. The lobby has the feel good vibes. Our room is spacious with kitchen as a plus. Our shower room is modern and updated. The bed and the coach are comfortable. Extra blanket and pillows were provided right away upon request. The price is very reasonable. It included a full breakfast and the omelette station is beautiful. Big parking lot. Easy access from the highway exit.

We stayed here 2 nights and really loved it! It was snowing outside and as soon as you walk in there's such a cozy environment with an awesome fireplace perfect for winding down or sitting and relaxing indoors. The staff was really friendly and everything was very tidy and clean. They have an indoor swimming pool, wish we would've brought our swimsuits! It's all good though we did enjoy their complimentary breakfast each morning. They had a nice little variety and Seattle's best coffee in the brew! Nearby there's a Walmart, a movie theatre and a small shopping center in case you need to run out and get anything. They also have a bar in the premises. The rooms are very clean and really nice. We stayed in a 2 room suite and it was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again especially since it's really close to Beacon where you can go out and get some drinks or eat really good food!

The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean but the pillows were extremely soft and too flat. Doubling up didn't do much. Sleep wasn't terrible, just... meh. The room was humid and slightly musty, even with the A/C going non-stop. Also, the carpet felt really gross to step on so I wore flip-flops for the rest of the stay. Soundproofing could use some work too--muffled TV from next door and heavy steppers upstairs were noticeable. WiFi worked well. On the upside, common areas were clean and seemed recently updated, although the stairwells and elevator showed a little wear and tear. The free breakfast was basic but appreciated--hot, edible, and the area was clean and well-stocked. The pool/hot tub on the first floor looked really nice as did the fitness center but didn't get to use it. The staff was the highlight--everyone I interacted with was super friendly and welcoming, from check-in to checkout to the breakfast area. Definitely a strong point. The hotel is located right off I-84, which is convenient for travel (free parking on site/gas station around the corner), and there are plenty of chain food options nearby (Panera, Five Guys, Cracker Barrel, etc.) All in all, it's fine. Not bad, not amazing. The price was definitely high relative to other Holiday Inns I've been too and for what you get, but if you manage expectations and pack your own pillow, it gets the job done.

The communication from A Perfect Blend in the year leading up to our wedding was wonderful--any question we had, they answered right away. Their online planning portal was also so incredibly helpful for figuring out exactly what we wanted for music and how the flow of the day would go! And when we finally got to the day, DJ Mario was amazing! He did a perfect job of blending me and my husband's music tastes and playing crowd pleasers that got everyone hyped and on the dance floor. He dropped so many bangers during our first dance set that our Best Man turned to us and said "this playlist is TOO good! I can't sit down!" Mario kept the reception flowing perfectly, and I was THRILLED when he handed me the mic for a little karaoke session. It was truly the most fun I've ever had! I would recommend Mario and A Perfect Blend to literally everyone--I hope I get to go to a wedding DJ'd by them soon!

I'd fully recommend this service if you're looking for a wedding or event DJ - they asked questions we wouldn't have thought of (age group of our guests - suggested where to do the cake cutting to make sure the dance floor didn't empty out, etc), which made our lives easier during this hectic time. 10/10 for sure!!!

So rude, and honestly so disappointing on their part. Rentals were also dirty and cheap! It looked like our white chairs we rented were used about 100 times and were NEVER cleaned. Dirt, mud, stains, tape on chairs, scratch marks. Some chairs were unusable, as they were so gross! Same with the tent walls! When they did arrive, they arrived dirty and were ZIP TIED to the tent! So ghetto. They had originally told us the walls could be raised and lowered on the tent walls. But the guy delivering the walls said that Michelle in the store LIED to us, and that they had to be zip tied to stay down.
