I had a new HVAC system installed about 5 years ago by HVACerz. Very pleased with the installation and the crew was very professional. I had shopped around and found them to be very competitive and they had a solid reputation. The unit has been working flawlessly ever since the installation but though it was time for a maintenance/checkup. I called for an appointment and was quoted $95 for a checkup... I thought that was reasonable considering it had been over 5 years since the installation. The owner, Barsin stopped by and did a thorough inspection, checked the refrigerant, condenser, inspected the main unit, filter etc. all was well which I suspected but just wanted to be sure. He even popped his head into the attic to look at some of the duct work which is the original to the house but still functioning. When he completed the inspection I asked him how he would prefer to be paid and he said "No Charge", everything is working as it should so you are go to go... I thought that was pretty swell:). Anyway, just thought I would pass along a very good HVAC service/ company in the South bay for those looking for a competitive price, quality products and great service... Even after sale service! read more

Got HVACerz from Yelp because of their high ratings, and the experience fully lived up to it. Barsin contacted me and came to my house for an estimate. He carefully checked my existing furnace and walked me through different options in a very professional and detailed way. In the end, we went with the option he recommended, and the entire process was totally transparent from start to finish. The installation crew arrived on time and kept me informed of their progress without excessive back-and-forth messages. Both Nahira and Rolando handled the removal of the old unit and the installation of the new one smoothly. After the job was done, they clearly explained how to use and maintain the new system. read more

Barsin is highly competent. I have asked him to come to my home on two occasions. He has shown up on time, and he is obviously smart and experienced. He doesn't charge any minimum diagnostic fee. He goes right to work and identifies the problem. He seems to carry all the right tools, fuses and so forth. In my case today, he needed two fuses, since the first one burnt out again right away. He then promptly fixed the problem that was causing the fuses to burn out. His charges have been very reasonable. He doesn't do any upselling (like adding unneeded services). I was really happy when he came out on a very hot day when my AC was on the fritz and got everything working again. read more

They quickly repaired the issue with my charger capacitor for the air compressor and didn't charge me an arm and leg.

Air conditioning unit wasn't blowing cold air so I called this company and they were able to fit me in day of. They provided a window of 11am-noon and came on time at 11am. Barsin the technician arrived and I appreciated how I received a text 15 min before letting me know he was on his way. It ended up being a simple fix of the capacitor needing to be replaced. No upsell, great customer service, punctual, and friendly demeanor. He also provided a receipt directly in a few seconds before he left. I've worked with other contractors where I needed to track them down for a receipt after I paid but he was quick and prompt! He also provided one year warranty guarantee on his work! Highly recommend! Don't call around. This is your guy to provide quick and trustworthy high quality service! Thank you!!! read more

We used HvacErz to get a new AC and furnace installed. Everything went smoothly from quote through installation. The team is very friendly, helpful, responsive, and reasonably priced. I can't say enough good stuff about this business and highly recommend for your HVAC needs! read more

Well, based upon my 5-star experience I tried to book a second repair appointment with HVACerz as our AC unit is aging and will need occasional repair/service. It's currently inoperational during a mild heat wave. I attempted to contact them via email, text, and their website form, and received no response. It's in the high 80's/low 90's and I don't expect them to be on my doorstep in 2 hours, but I do expect at least a call back or email from them within a few hours. Nothing, silence. Sooooo......I guess maybe they don't want/need return customers? Fine by me I submitted a project request to Yelp and had 5 folks banging down the door in seconds. And honestly, they overcharged me the first time they came out anyway. Bye, HVACerz. read more

HVACerz installed a new furnace, AC unit and coils for my home. Barsin inspected my old furnace and my AC unit and got back to me with a replacement quote quickly. On the day of the install as well - Nahira sent a note before arriving. They were fast and got done with the install in a few hours. They tested the equipment and showed me what I needed to do for maintenance. They were professional and efficient. I was happy with their work and the pricing. Currently, only the furnace is being used. I will update the review based on how things look over the course of the year when both furnace and AC have been used. read more

HVACerz and the owner Barsin provide extremely high quality service! We needed a new heat pump and called HVACerz, in part because of the good reviews on Yelp and Google. We were not disappointed in selecting them based on the reviews. They not only met, but exceeded our high expectations. Barsin and his team clearly communicated, were prompt with all appointments and of high quality in delivering HVAC installation service. As with any complex replacement and installation there were a few challenges. Those challenges were met with a rapid, professional and competent response. We can't recommend this team highly enough! read more

My furnace unexpectedly failed, and I needed a full replacement. After receiving quotes for both a furnace-only and a full HVAC system replacement, I chose the latter. Barsin provided a detailed, transparent explanation of the costs and benefits, making the decision process straightforward. His estimate was highly competitive with two other quotes I received. Barsin and his team completed the installation quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed with their professionalism. I would definitely hire Barsin's services again. read more

We had a great experience with Barsin from HVACers! Attic Pest Control accidentally turned off the switch to our furnace, and we didn't realize it since we rarely go up to the attic. This place is the best! All the positive comments about Narsin are 100% accurate. He came out to check our HVAC the same day I called him and he was kind, professional, and totally trustworthy. If you meet Narsin and see his work, you'll make the same decision. read more

HVACerz is absolute class! Barsin is responsive and extremely polite, helpful, and cares about your experience. I recommend him to anyone with HVAC needs. I called Barsin after an update to our Nest made our heat not work properly. This was some time after our HVAC unit was installed by HVACerz. He scheduled some time to take care of our settings, and to make sure our heat was working properly. This is the kind of service that you wish most companies had. read more

The HVAC Erz team is truly professional. I encountered an urgent HVAC issue during a cold weekend, and they promptly sent a technician to perform a comprehensive inspection and resolve the problem. Very grateful to Barsin for his quick response . My AC broke since yesterday and was worried about my dogs with the sweltering heat. Barsin came in less than 2 hours when I requested for an appointment and fixed the problem. I am looking forward to working with him since my AC might soon be approaching it's final time but at least me and my dogs can keep cool for now. Highly recommend his company, Thank youBarsin read more

Excellent experience! Our AC stopped working. The fan was blowing air but it wasn't cooling. I called HVACerz late in the afternoon and Barsin was able to schedule us for the next morning. It took him almost no time to diagnose the issue. It was a blown capacitor. He fixed it within minutes. The pricing was reasonable too. We'd most certainly reach out to HVACerz the next time we need any help. Highly recommended! read more

I called 6-7 places at 7:20pm on a hot 93 degree day. I was lucky Barsin picked up the phone since it was past working hours. He was fast, reliable (showed-up on time), and fixed the problem quickly while explaining what the problem was and what he did to fix it (replacement of part--capacitor possibly?). The estimated quote provided on the phone ended-up being the same so that was good. Thanks Barsin! I've got cold AC running again. read more

I've used dozens of HVAC companies over the years and these guys are the absolute best. They are nice, professional and always reasonably priced. Barsin and his team are wonderful to work with in getting my home into the 21st Century with energy efficiency. There is an earlier review with Barsin for the install of a new heater unit that aged out from last year. In April, we completed the full climate control for the house with a heat pump for AC and heat. Everything is now primarily electric which our solar panels will help with costs to run the unit. I did a lot of research on heat pumps and Barsin confirmed everything I had read. Also, Nahira, lead installer, and his team were able to correct the venting for the back of the house. Prior to their help, no heat reached the back bedrooms. Now complete comfort! I highly recommend HVACerz for their knowledge in the industry, their professionalism, great communication and their customer centered approach. Thank you, Barsin and Nahira read more

Replaced a 15 year old heat pump and air splitter with a high heat version. They gave me a great advice, did not push me at all and explained all the options and what effects they will actually have. Our AC stopped getting cold air at the start of the start of the July 4th weekend and during a heat wave! Barsin Isakhani came out the same day to repair it. This is after I called a dozen companies who were unable to come out promptly. Barsin was very knowledgeable and had the problem figured out within 10 minutes. Not more than 20 minutes later the issue was resolved! I am new to the area but HVACerz will be my first call for any AC issues in the future! read more

We came home from vacation to a dead heater! Our normal company couldn't come to service for three days, so my husband (Warren Way) found HVACerz on Yelp. He called, spoke to Will, got us scheduled for a service call - same day! Barsin arrived on time (actually a few minutes early. Who does that?!?!) Diagnosed the problem. Didn't have the part in his truck, so arranged to come back the next morning at 9AM (again, on time! What a nice experience!). Answered all my husband's questions. In and out in under an hour. Gave a one year warranty on the part. Yeah - house is warm again! I would definitely recommend Barsin and HVACerz! read more

I needed to replace my entire system. Two AC units and 2 furnaces. I shopped around and got several estimates. These kinds of projects are expensive and I feel it's easy to be taken advantage of. I went with Barsin and HVACerz because the price was right, the schedule was right and the communication was on point. The team did an amazing job right on schedule (less than 3 days for two entire systems!) I'm extremely happy with HVACerz (pronounced H-Vackers). I'm already recommending them to my neighbours. read more

Great service, fast response, very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to everyone.

Barsin and team did an excellent job installing new electric heater / air conditioner and heat pump at my Dad's rental property. Very happy with their customer service, expert knowledge and recommendations for the type of unit to install. They were quick with installation and cleaned up afterwards. They didn't even mind answering all my questions :-) Very Professional!! We didn't go with them the first time and sorry that we didn't! Don't make the mistake of going somewhere else as this is the best HVAC company that I've had the pleasure of working with! You won't regret it!! I'm referring them to everyone that I meet to Barsin and Ilsan. read more

Nahira from HVACerz was able to accommodate a same day service on requear while their next availability was a couple days after and did an amazing job helping with tips and a thorough check on our centralized AC unit., He also explained before fixing on what could be the issue and showed proof of what went wrong (which in my case was a clogging on drain), He replaced it in a jiffy, waited for atleast 10 mins to make sure it works smoothly. Servicing fee was indeed reasonable. Highly recommend read more

HVACerz redid our entire hvac unit back in 2020 and did a solid job for a reasonable price (got several quotes and did some research and decided to move forward with HVACerz). They also recommended someone to us for cleaning our air ducts at the time and that worked great as well. Fast forward to 2023, while getting solar set up for our house, the solar folks accidentally messed with the breaker and our ac unit wasn't turning on. I called HVACerz and they were super prompt and squeezed in a technician visit within 2 hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us some friendly tips to ensure we keep our hvac unit in top shape (without trying to nickel and dime us) Highly recommend HVACerz for all your hvac needs. read more

They replaced my air-conditioning with heat . I'm very happy with their job! I found this Svc on yelp and it has good review. I called the number and Barsin answered my phone right away and scheduled come to my home for the quote in the same week. The price is very reasonable compared with the other two or three quotes I had. I waited a half year and then called him again. He gave me the same price and scheduled in the same week. The two guys came in time and got the job done in about six hours. When they left my house is clean! The next day I found the rats bite a hole on the tube from the wall connect with the condenser. I was panic and texted Barsin and he responded right away. The other day he came and fixed it. very patient and me about the situation. I feel much better. I highly recommend his service.! read more

I would certainly recommend HVACerz. When I called, Will was very responsive and gave me a quick turn around for an appointment. The technician Barsin arrived when he said he would. He inspected my Heat Pump unit, listened to my concerns, ran the unit an assured me that it was operating correctly. He didn't try to sell me service I did not need, in fact I felt a bit bad that they left without having to do a job. But then I felt good that they were so honest. If I do need service in the future, HVACerz is the company I will call. They are a good value. I compared their estimate to those of other companies and they came out the best. (And some of those others seemed pretty high. Barsin advised me to keep the filters clean and check the condensation drain pipes from time to time. read more
