I highly recommend All Pro Heat Pump, especially for their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. They came to my home to install a new AC system and, while they were there, inspected my existing ductwork at no additional cost. I had the ductwork completely redone about three years ago and paid a significant amount for it, so I assumed everything had been installed correctly. Unfortunately, they identified several areas where the previous contractor had not followed good installation practices. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, why it mattered, and what could be done to correct it. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell me--just straightforward, knowledgeable advice. It's refreshing to work with an HVAC company that values honesty and doing things the right way. I really appreciated their transparency and would absolutely recommend All Pro Heat Pump to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC contractor. read more

Update: It's been almost a year since we had our heat pump installed by All Pro, so I wanted to come back and update my review. We haven't had any issues with the system at all and everything has been working great. We also recently had our first yearly maintenance done with Oscar and had another really good experience. He checked everything, answered our questions and was very professional. Almost a year later, I'm still really happy we chose All Pro and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. read more

We had a amazing experience with All Pro Heat Pump Solutions from start to finish! The team (Robert and Rafael) communicated clearly every step of the way. Every question we had was answered quickly, honestly and in a knowledgeable professional manner. There were a couple times we had a conference call with them to make sure we had a clear understanding of the new system that was being put in. Even days after the installation my questions are still being answered as they come up and they have made sure that they get answered and do not leave me hanging (a big plus especially after installation took place). The installation crew (Jose & Ernesto) came out to install. They were on time, professional and got the job done all in one day where other companies were saying at least 2 days. They left the areas clean and in working order. I was a little hesitant at first because finally owning our own home we are careful on who we have do work because of all the horror stories we hear and "extra" money that can occur of you hire the wrong people. So because of that we look at experience and how long someone is licensed. So with them being licensed for what I considered a shorter time, I was hesitant. However, I am glad that I choose to go with them and will be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking for a new air conditioning system or need their current one repaired. Another plus was that from time of contact to time of installation they were ready to go. Other companies were at least 2 weeks out. If I was ready to make the decision to move forward the same day they would have had it installed the next day. I was the one who took a couple days to decide but they were ready and had it done the next day after I gave the go ahead. Our new system is so quiet you cant even hear when it is on. It is a huge difference! I appreciate companies like this. They are our new go to for all our heating / cooling solutions! read more

They were able to come out and do maintenance on my AC system next day, which was impressively quick! Very quick and to-the-point responses on Yelp too. They were right on time for the appointment slot as well. I was also impressed with the diagnostics app that the technician seemed to have punched all his measurements into and that gave him gauges for where different values were supposed to be and if they were out of range. Seemed like they were up to date on their measurement and diagnostics technology, which is always a thing I wonder about when hiring pros (whether they've kept themselves up to date). I found All Pro Heat Pump Solutions after searching Yelp for top-rated local HVAC companies. I called and spoke with Robert, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Even though the company is based in Milpitas and I was hoping for someone closer to San Jose, Robert was eager to help and offered to come out for a free estimate. I agreed, and the next day Rafael arrived right on time. Rafael was friendly, professional, and thorough -- he spent about 45 minutes inspecting my setup and provided a detailed quote that same day. I had a few other estimates coming in, but what really stood out was how Robert and Rafael followed up to check whether I had any questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the service so far. After comparing my options, I chose All Pro Heat Pump Solutions, and I'm so glad I did. They truly went above and beyond -- responsive, reliable, and focused on customer satisfaction. I was dealing with a complicated situation involving water damage, black mold, and asbestos, and coordinating with two other contractors. Robert and Rafael worked closely with me to ensure their team could start as soon as the other work was complete. Their communication and flexibility were outstanding. On installation day, Rafael arrived with his crew, led by Gustavo, who was polite, professional, and a pleasure to have around. The job took two full days because of a special-order part, but the team kept me informed and always made sure I was comfortable and had no questions before leaving each day. I'm extremely happy with the results and can't say enough good things about All Pro Heat Pump Solutions. If you're looking for an honest, professional, and customer-focused HVAC company -- this is the one to call! read more

Our furnace completely broke and my husband and I have been in the cold for a couple weeks. We knew we needed to get it fixed but didn't know who to contact and/or trust. I was referred to All Pro Heat Pump Solutions by a friend. I called them and they said they can send a tech out to take a look and give us an estimate (same day). Knowing that our furnace was quite old (probably about 30 Yrs.) they recommended that it be replaced instead of fixing it. So we decided to replace it. They came to our house a week later and installed the new furnace. The tech did an amazing job and cleaned it up nicely. The new furnace is so powerful that it actually warmed up our house quickly. It's so wonderful to have heat back in our house. Thank you All Pro Heat Pump Solutions for the wonderful and amazing job. I highly recommend your business to those who are in need of work on their furnace and or AC. Thanks again. read more
