When we finally reopened, we had ongoing problems with our HVAC system. We originally hired another HVAC company to clean the system and get it operating again. They eventually got it working, but shortly afterward it stopped. They came back and replaced the transformer, which got it working again--but unfortunately, it stopped working once more. At that point, we were told that the low-voltage wiring would have to be completely rewired at a cost of nearly $2,000, and we would have to wait almost a week before they could do the work. With it being summer and our business having already endured so much, we simply couldn't afford another five days without air conditioning. That's when we called Ozone Service. The very next morning, Ilya, their service technician, came to our business. He spent approximately three hours carefully troubleshooting the system, and he did so at no charge. Rather than immediately recommending an expensive repair, he took the time to actually find the problem. Ilya determined that we needed a new thermostat and that there were also some loose connections causing the problem.
