This team is very professional, very efficient, and very knowledgeable, even our next door neighbors were impressed by their skills. I was working from home both days and I was not interrupted. Miguel responds quickly at any hours of the day so it was easy to coordinate with him. As a busy parent, I appreciated that. Warning: This dude has a serious attitude problem, so stay away! He initially proffered an estimate that was twice what we were getting from other tree services, and then he returned to our residence on the day after the estimate was given in order to give us his business card and set a date for removal of our dead pine tree. At that point I bluntly informed him that his bid was too way high and that his license was not verified on Yelp. At first he balked and denied that fact, and then he eventually admitted to me that he had allowed his license to lapse. This dude even had the audacity after our little verbal exchange to demand that my brother return his business card. It didn't end there either. I was informed by my sister on the following day that he had called her to complain about MY attitude! He claimed that I was rude to him when I had simply exposed his duplicity and pointed out to him that his bid was way out of line. Unbelievable. Stay away.

He took the time to talk about the project, how to properly care for and trim citrus trees, and he was able to schedule the project for the next day. They came by and completed everything quickly and did an amazing job. After the project was completed we were able to have them back out in a few days to plant shrubs and transplant a hibiscus tree! They wanted to do the job a day early without any prior notice and claimed to be working on a job two houses down from us, which turned out not to be true. They were overly insistent, even yelling at my brother over the fence in the back yard to get his attention, and it soon became apparent that they wanted to do our job a day early because they had booked a more lucrative job into the time slot that had originally been reserved for us. I texted Danny, the leader of these renegades, who basically told me that if they couldn't do the job a day earlier, then they would not be doing the job at all. I tried to reason with him, but he simply stopped responding to my texts. Why couldn't he have just been honest with us in the first place and told us that they had given our scheduled time slot to someone else and needed to reschedule instead of trying to saddle us with the lie that they happened to be in the neighborhood and working two houses down from us, which wasn't true? I live in Cabazon and this pine tree on SCE right-of-way has split in half and died. I had filed a complaint with SCE about this and the fact that it was then dry timber and susceptible to fire. When your (PTS) employee (Melissa, I believe her name was) stated that once it splits and hits the ground that it's no longer your problem. However, it's on SCE's right -of-way (no action was taken and it still sits there as a fire hazard). Now fast forward 5 months, the remainder of the tree has now fallen over being supported by one of it's dry branches and has destroyed my chainlink fence in two sections and it's root ball is lifting my retaining wall along with destroying another section of fencing.
