He showed up on time, talked through options and gave a very reasonable bid. The team showed up a few minutes earlier than promised on work day, and got right to work after confirming the options (draft angle, ramping etc.). Every member knows their job well and they work great as a team. Very nice and respectful and they cleaned up nicely after the work was done. Ramon checked in with both the team and me during the work to make sure everything was going well. There was a small question about one area, due to our old house, not their work. They came back out the next time they had work in our area (I told Ramon no rush, and I rightfully trusted him to follow through) and made the adjustment to perfection. Star Tuckpointing is incredible! Voytek and Peter are extremely knowledgeable, whether it's a 100+ old home or newer construction. Their work from initial communication through final completion is flawless. A few examples from the past: They cleaned limestone sills beautifully, replaced old exterior bricks and tuck pointed our110 yr old home. These projects were completed quite a while ago and still after many years, it looks like it was done last week. Recently, they fixed loosened bluestone treads on rear stairs. It's perfect!
