Ken came out within 24-48 hours to a fill a few cracks in and around our foundation and fill a hole that we thought came from the downspout being broken and torrential rain. through inspection Ken informed us that it was possibly dug out by rodents. We noticed the front of our brick home needed some attention. I started to search for someone to do tuck-pointing to make the repairs. I did the usual 3 quotes after looking for top businesses. I very rarely write reviews, but Ken absolutely deserves it. I was nervous about having my fireplace serviced because I had no idea what would be found with the inspection and how much it'd potentially cost. I submitted a quote request Tuesday night, after business hours, to ensure that I wouldn't forget. I had no expectations of receiving a response before 8am the next morning. Lo and behold, I woke up on Wednesday with a response from Ken; and he had availability for an inspection and cleaning that day! Within 18 hours of my request, Ken was at my home reassuring me that my fireplace would be on by the time he left. My fireplace hadn't been used in over a year.
