I made at least 30 calls for cobblestone to come out and fix the problems, but there were no answers. After another dozen calls to come out and fix their work, crickets!! I have now spoken with Bill Conforitti and learned that they have gone out of business. What the Hell!! You can read and see from the other reviews what Cobblestone has done to us and our house, and we are now on month 8 of fighting with attorneys and insurance companies trying to get our money back so we can fix all of the damage Cobblestone has done. Attached are current photos of our siding after approximately 1 year after installation (refer to the other photos in the posts for the rest of the damage Cobblestone did to our house). There is more and more separation, bowing, cracking, movement, and now areas are falling apart and disintegrating. Yet from day one of our complaint, Cobblestone has refused to acknowledge that it was installed incorrectly and that it needs to be replaced. After James Hardie (the siding manufacturer) denied our warranty claim, they recommended that we hire a licensed, third-party InterNACHI home inspector to conduct a thorough inspection of the work. Upon completion of the inspection, the final recommendation from the inspector was that "the siding installation needed to be re-done by a licensed and qualified exterior contractor". And yet, Cobblestone refuses to acknowledge this, even after seeing the updated photos posted here. Lastly, please remember that Bill Conforti, the owner of Cobblestone, told me three times, in front of his employees, that he wished he could give us our money back but that he didn't have it. Please note that he now drives past our house in a new Mercedes.

I had a difficult roof that other roofers were giving me extremely high quotes on if they even showed up for the quote at all. He worked with my insurance, being persistent and getting my entire roof covered at no cost to me. He was on site during the job paying close attention to details to make sure everything was done right. He treated his crew respectfully. They left my property clean. They came to pick up 1st check and we picked the color of roof and siding. Weeks went by, (over a month) I would call, no answer, left text messages and no reply. Finally, I called public adjuster, materials arrived that same day. I called adjuster back to notify. She said Pro Dk contractors would usually go next day after materials were on site. MATERIALS WERE ON MY DRIVEWAY FOR 2 MONTHS. Finally, they came. They blamed weather and being busy with other houses but never gave me a callback. They replaced the roof and took off siding and left it like that for a week. They finally came back, replaced the siding. Weeks later they called to say they were fixing my ceiling on a certain day. I cancelled an appointment to be home. They never showed up. When they did show up, one guy parked in front of my house, got out of his car, took off his jeans and put on another pair of pants. I had to speak with the contractor in charge, because I didn't want that guy inside my home. Fast forward and skipping a very ugly discussion I had with the guy in front of my kids, they canceled the second check and had no right to do that. I let my insurance and mortgage company know of the argument. I could have gotten them in trouble but I didn't want to deal with them anymore. They finally came to my house in February this year to replace gutter screens. After a very heavy storm, we realized they didn't bother to remove the leaves and debris. Such a horrible experience. They completely ignored my phone calls, texts and had the audacity to tell me I should be grateful for my house looking nice. I told them I would rather not make ANY changes to the house if I knew I was going to be treated like that especially in front of my kids.
