I found their email on their website, and Andy replied me after 2 days and said they would come out to inspect next week. They did come and told me they would send out their guys to fix it in the next few days. Amazingly they came back the next day and fixed everything before noon! Because our roof is still under warranty, so they didn't charge us anything. We are very happy they honored the warranty and fixed the roof so fast!

We ended up going with a high end Mitsubishi unit because it made the most sense. The salesman assured us the job would likely take 2 full days, possibly 3 if the crew encountered any issues. The install wound up taking FOUR days, at the end of which, the job was still incomplete because the installation crew was sent into the field without the correct equipment. Not exactly a vote of confidence as to how things are managed in-house over there. Further, we paid for the work up front. But once they had our money, we were seemingly de-prioritized and treated like any random service call. A technician was sent out early on a Saturday, but it was clear he had not been briefed on our situation. After assessing the equipment, he said there was nothing he could do because Mitsubishi is closed on weekends. Imagine our frustration at such an unnecessary inconvenience! Had there been even basic communication about the specifics of our case, a pointless visit could've been avoided and we wouldn't have had our time wasted on a Saturday. This speaks to a near-total lack of communication among departments at Four Seasons, and a similar lack of consideration for people's time - ESPECIALLY ON THE WEEKEND. This ordeal has now lasted more than a week. The job is still not finished. There is yet another technician en route to our home and we are not at all confident that the work will be completed. Also, they unhooked the power to a separate thermostat that controls our boiler and no one seems to have the slightest clue how to hook it back up again, though we were invited to purchase another thermostat, as though that would somehow fix the problem. Very disappointing and more than a little aggravating. We are NOT satisfied with our experience. A company of this size and reputation shouldn't be having these kinds of communication issues.
