Avoid at all costs…read more We paid TAR $16,000 for a full replacement of our flat roof and within a week were getting stains on our ceiling during rain when we had never had leaking before. We gave them 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. They gaslighted us consistently saying the roof wasn't the problem and had us chasing down other issues like tuckpointing, plumbing, sliding door replacements etc and nothing helped. The damage eventually got so bad that we needed a restoration company to come open up the ceiling in 3 rooms. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since then. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR.

We gave TAR 7 opportunities over the course of an entire year to come out and fix the issue and each time their "fix" made the leaks worse. We could never get the workers to explain what they did when they came out, they'd simply say it was "fixed." Eventually it got so bad water started dripping through our third floor ceiling. TAR refused to accept blame and consistently said the roof wasn't the problem. TAR blamed other things like tuck-pointing, plumbing, and door replacements. Despite spending a significant amount of money replacing those things, the leaks continued. We finally hired a second company to do another full replacement and haven't had a single issue since. TAR refused to take any accountability or refund us any money. All told we are out over $40,000 thanks to TAR. They provided extremely poor work and service.

Two and a…read morehalf years after the work was completed, the siding, soffit, and fascia began to fall off. I made at least 30 calls for cobblestone to come out and fix the problems, but there were no answers. Finally, early this year, they came out and fixed the siding, but it was still not done correctly. They stated that they would return to address the soffit and fascia problems. After another dozen calls to come out and fix their work, crickets!! I have now spoken with Bill Conforitti and learned that they have gone out of business. What the Hell!! NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR ANY OF HIS AFFILIATES. TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP. VERY DISHONEST!!! NO, INTEGERITY DOES NOT DO WHAT HE SAYS!!!!

You can read and see from the other reviews what Cobblestone has done to us and our house, and we are now on month 8 of fighting with attorneys and insurance companies trying to get our money back so we can fix all of the damage Cobblestone has done. Attached are current photos of our siding after approximately 1 year after installation (refer to the other photos in the posts for the rest of the damage Cobblestone did to our house). There is more and more separation, bowing, cracking, movement, and now areas are falling apart and disintegrating. Yet from day one of our complaint, Cobblestone has refused to acknowledge that it was installed incorrectly and that it needs to be replaced. After James Hardie (the siding manufacturer) denied our warranty claim, they recommended that we hire a licensed, third-party InterNACHI home inspector to conduct a thorough inspection of the work. Upon completion of the inspection, the final recommendation from the inspector was that "the siding installation needed to be re-done by a licensed and qualified exterior contractor". And yet, Cobblestone refuses to acknowledge this, even after seeing the updated photos posted here. Lastly, please remember that Bill Conforti, the owner of Cobblestone, told me three times, in front of his employees, that he wished he could give us our money back but that he didn't have it. Please note that he now drives past our house in a new Mercedes.

Derrick helped me navigate a very challenging situation to rebuild the entire back wall of my home and attached deck due to water damage. Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. He spent hours reviewing options and brainstorming with me as more damage was uncovered and the scope had to expand as we went. Overall, could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend.

I needed a contractor that will get the job done right and Im so glad that I hired Pulse. Derrick came out and measured the deck in minutes, provided samples and suggestions. I knew composite was the way to go so I don't have to worry about maintenance. Within an hour we had a plan. I had a hard time narrowing down colors but helped by offering his suggestions. The colors I picked were some newer options Trex released and Derrick said he was excited to see how it turns out. Derrick and Luke came out and when I watched them work I was highly impressed. They worked like machines; measuring and communicating like a good team should. Luke is clearly a highly skilled carpenter. I had an idea for angled steps and even though it's a bit complicated he took on the project and built some really cool stairs that make my deck unique. Their attention to detail really showed and they kept me informed of their progress through an app with daily updates in what was complete. Communication was top notch and thats important to me. Pulse wasn't the cheapest company, but the value was great. You get what you pay for and Im glad that I finally have a beautiful deck to enjoy. I only wish the rest of my house was as nice as it puts the rest of it to shame. If you're looking for a job done right call Pulse.
