They were prepared with replacement shingles - we had sent a picture of our shingles after contacting them last Friday. They brought several 3-tab shingles that very closely matched our shingles. The repair work was promptly completed. They used roofing nails as well as shingle adhesive where needed. I thought that the value of the repair was appropriate/reasonable. U.S. Home restoration was contracted to do some work on our home. The work at the time was subcontracted from them, to some guys who seemed really unprepared and unprofessional. They took weeks between tearing the siding off our house and putting the new sidding back on. They left nails and siding all over the yard which I had to clean up myself. They were also supposed to replace two skylights. Instead of replacing them, they took advantage of me being out of town, and my mother law being alone at the house to do half the job. Saying they don't do skylights, and replacing only the flashing and the dome over the skylight. Even though had accepted the job and the check. Since the work has been done I found nails everywhere including places I am not even sure how they got to, three different pieces of siding have just come off. Which never happened in the 20years the old siding was on. Worst of all the skylight that had a slight leak before has now apparently been leaking into the wall to the point that a small flood of water came pouring out a lower area and there is mold in the wall. When my wife called the company to try and rectify the situation, they told her that the sales guy we dealt with didn't work for them anymore, and hadn't handled the warrantee paperwork properly in the first place. There was nothing they would be willing to do for us. I tried to call back and reason with the representative I was speaking to. He was rude and would not even discuss the possibility of helping us rectify the mistakes made. It rather quickly devolved into an argument which ended with him hanging up on me. Nobody from this company ever did there job properly or fealt the need to make any apology for doing a crappy job. Then as thing have gone wrong with the crappy work they have basically told us it is not there problem. Stay as far away from these people as possible. You will regret it otherwise.

This April we had house damage from a major hailstorm including shingles, several pieces of vinyl…read moresiding, and gutters that had golfball-sized hailstones blast right through them leaving a number of round holes through the gutters. Dan Phillips of Integrity Exteriors was at a neighbor's house providing an estimate one day and we asked him to meet with us when he could. He quickly went up to our roof, took numerous photos, and showed us that we definitely had some damage. Several days later a rep from our homeowners' insurance company (very reputable company) met Dan at our house, they inspected the roof together, and a repair estimate was made and readliy approved by our insurance company, and we were on the schedule for a new roof and gutters, and some siding replacement. Just one day before the work was to take place we discovered a robin's nest with two baby chicks in a flower basket hanging from an overhang on our house, and I called Dan to say we were hoping not to disturb the nest and birds, and was there any way we could possibly re-schedule the work? Just five minutes later Dan called me back and said "No problem", that Integrity would definitely not want to disturb that nest. Wow, that was great! We were very pleasantly surprised, and the work was put off until the young robins had flown from their nest, which happened several weeks later. On work day the crew started arriving by 7am and at 8am the work began. They worked hard morning and afternoon and by early evening had completely replaced all our shingles and gutters, and were cleaning up around our house including pushing a magnetic roller around it to pick up any stray nails that might have fallen into our yard and driveway. The work looks great and we are very happy with both the quality of work and the super-fast responsiveness of Dan and the rest of the Integrity team. They were great every step along the way, answering all our questions and explaining things very clearly. Dan has been fantastic to work with, and the company owner even came by to introduce himself at one point and answer any questions. Pat Keenan, the owner, was the salesperson and oversaw the project end to end. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, they were able to get to us within a few weeks, and they found a lot of ways to add value beyond the scope of work. The crews were all very professional. At the end of the project I noticed a few screens were ripped during the project and Pat personally came over to pick them up and get them rescreened. We love our new home and will definitely use Keenan in future projects!
