A Truly Outstanding Experience…read more After years of putting it off, I finally decided to replace the siding on my home--and I'm so glad I did. From the very first consultation, I felt like I was in good hands. Paul and Eddie took the time to understand what I wanted, answered all my questions patiently, and helped me choose a style that really brought out the character of my house. Watching the transformation was incredible. The crew showed up on time every day, worked with care and precision, and treated my home like it was their own. They even caught a few small issues under the old siding and fixed them without hesitation--something I really appreciated. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail. Every edge, corner, and trim was done perfectly. And when they finished, they left the yard spotless. It was like they were never there--except now my house looks brand new! Since the installation, I've had neighbors stop by just to compliment the new look. It's not just about curb appeal either--I've already noticed the house feels better insulated and quieter inside. If you're thinking about new siding, don't wait as long as I did. This was one of the best home improvement decisions I've made, and I can't recommend Herzing highly enough.

One of the questions was that I was unsure if I was supposed to sign the quote and send it back, since there wasn't the usual signature line or really anywhere to sign. After a few days and not getting a response, I called and left a message. I didn't get a call back. I called the next day and was able to reach someone, and I was told she sent the questions over to Steve, and he would be answering them but he's been out of the office getting more jobs. I didn't hear back, so I followed up with email again and another call. Since no one answered the phone, I left a message. After nearly 10 days and no response, I left one final voicemail and sent one final email and I never got a response. It was always difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. And on top of it, the one time I was able to reach someone by phone after I got my quote, I was able to ask the person who answered if I was supposed to sign the quote (since there was no place to sign) and send it back or if I needed to verbally agree and I would get a formal contract. I was told I had to visit the office between 8:30 and 4pm to review and sign the contract before work could start. Sorry, but I'm not taking time off work to sign a contract. In this day and age, you can't require working people to take time off work. Send a PDF via email so I can sign it, print it, scan it and send it back. Still never got a call back. ??? It's like the company doesn't exist anymore. Same experience as Rick P. Only thing I can say is that Steve is very knowledgeable and a very nice guy, just don't expect any work done, especially if you are talking to the lady in the office (when she is there and answering the phone...)

I called All Quality because my two story house had a leak in the ceiling of the first floor living…read moreroom. The leak could not have been due to a plumbing issue as the bathrooms in the house were all on the complete other side of the house. Therefore I believed the leak was coming from somewhere in the roof and/or from around the window of the bedroom directly above the living room. Other contracting/roofing companies had come out who simply looked at the roof and told us either 1). We needed a completely new roof (e.g. $10K-15K repair) because our current one was 'incorrectly applied' or 2). They would try to remedy the problem (for $300-$500) but it would not be guaranteed as they weren't positive what the issue was. When Ed and Joe came to my house they looked at the problem area in the living room, looked at the roof from outside and went upstairs to look around the dormer window / roof area directly above where the leak was coming from. Based on what they found Ed told me that he believe the issue was due to the roof of the dormer being incorrectly applied and also the casing around the window not being properly sealed. For the entire job he quoted me $2000 - so not as cheap as the companies who 'assumed' what the problem was, but definitely not as expensive as those who simply quoted me a new roof. The selling point for me was when I asked Ed, 'So what happens if you do the work and my ceiling still leaks?', he looked me dead in the eye and said 'I'll either give you your money back or find and fix the problem for free, your choice'. He gave me that guarantee in writing and that is all I needed to know these were people I wanted to do business with. Within a week or two their guys came out and did the work. As of right now (3+ months after the works had been done), we have had some pretty serious Chicago suburb rain storms and I haven't seen one drop of water in my living room or felt one hint of dampness on my ceiling. You can find numerous companies who will tell you they are 'experts' and know best which means taking the most complete (and expensive) route.. Finding a company though with experience who will tell you 'I am just about positive you only need this work done but I might be wrong and if I am, that's my fault and I'll give you your money back' is an extreme rarity. I consider myself fortunate to have found the guys at All Quality. As a homeowner, its comforting to know you've found a company who will work not only for you but with you should you need them. These guys are a complete class-act operation.
