The nicest thing I can say about this company is that they are on time & respond to complaints. I give them a 1.5 on dryer ducts, but since me, maybe they've learned building code. The job was to fix a loose dryer duct piece; previously they had cleaned my dryer duct. On the repair visit, they replaced more of my duct system than agreed upon and used a flexible foil transition piece ( supposed to be as short as practicable) that was so long it could fold on itself, of quality inferior to mine & not acceptable to my dryer manufacturer. When I complained, another team came to fix this; I mentioned that I suspected pieces had been put in backwards. They left good quality ductwork, but left the crimping facing in the wrong direction& said taping joints was not necessary. Both against code. The staff were ignorant of the code designed to prevent fire, carbon monoxide and mold. I had another company correct the problem. Superior was willing to pay that cost, but only if I gave up my right to make an unfavorable review. read more

The two-man crew showed up and placed an aluminum ladder directly on my new gutters. I asked (nicely) if they could put a towel between the ladder and the gutter to protect the finish. He gave me attitude . The same crew serviced two properties at my request. I was not satisfied with the work and won't use them in the future. Tried to upsell me, claiming my chimney wasn't up to code even though codes change over the decades, and my house is 60 years old and the chimney is built better than what they do currently. RIP OFF! Avoid this company at all cost! I requested for them to do a Chimney sweep. For an estimate (or "inspection") they charged me $200 without even doing the task of Cleaning which was the primary reason I called them. The inspection shows that they want to charge me over $2300 for a bunch of services. So damn unacceptable, and ridiculous. Run the other way! read more
