When it would rain, water would seep into my laundry room from a corner behind the washing machine. Petar came to see where the problem was and immediately identified a foundation leak. We set up an appointment for a Saturday a couple of weeks later. There was fantastic communication throughout the entire process. Petar offers a lifetime, transferable warranty. He just left my house after spending about an hour fixing the foundation. Originally, he thought he'd have to cut through the support stud, but he didn't need to, which helps me even more. (He said they did a B+ job.) He also identified drywall that should have come out initially. Both of these issues were missed by the company that quoted me $4400. After all that, Ed wished me well and left. It is so rare to find HONEST people these days. When you do, you want to scream it from the rooftops. Based on my experience with Ed and Mold Solutions, if you call them and they tell you that you need work done, have it done because they don't tell you things just to get your money.
