Our basement flooded, and it was just awful, as you can imagine. Even worse, our sump pump failed. Water was filling up in our window well, and even seeping through some of the seams in the wall beneath the window well. After replacing the sump pump, and clearing the drain pipe inside the window well, we continued to get some flooding every time it rained I began to dread the sound of rain. I contacted a company that does foundation repairs, and found them to be too expensive. In desperation, I decided to look at some reviews on Yelp, and boy I'm glad I did! I had DBS come out about 8 months ago. After a heavy storm I had some water in my basement. I had a crack in a very trick spot to get to. After calling a few companies, Tim was the only one that said they can fix it. They also fixed another crack while they were there. A bunch of storms and snow have come and everything is dry! I recently had water come in after a big storm, but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Tim came out the next morning and helped me find out where the water was coming in, and it turns out it was coming in from under the patio door. He told me all I had to do was seal the door with some silicon and I'll be good! Very honest, and professional. I Will definitely recommend DBS to others. read more

We have lived in our home going on 8 years now and for about 6-7 years we have dealt with water coming into the basement. This year we finally decided to make some calls and get quotes for fixing whatever was wrong with out basement. Tim is who we worked with from start to finish. I can't say enough good things about Tim! We've pumped a few hundred gallons out of our finished, newly poured, basement recently. Since, we've had several foundation and waterproofing professionals out to assess and solve the problem. Every opinion happened to be several thousand for their service. Tim came out, genuine as can be, assessed the problem, asked all the right questions, and determined it was a few hundred dollar fix, not for his service, but for a plumber to address sewer line, and some hydraulic cement from Home Depot to solve my foundation problem.
