We had an outstanding experience working with Anchor Point on some minor roof repairs. I was particularly impressed with the experts who came out for the initial inspection - they were extremely thorough. Not only did they recommend some work to improve the roof, but they found some other items not on the roof (!) that needed repairs and gave a great referral. Every step of the process was well explained and easily done online. A big shout out to Sara, who was very responsive in scheduling matters. The team who came were on time and finished the work cleanly in one day. Their price point is on the higher end, but in exchange we got the peace of mind that the job was being done right. I would not hesitate to hire them again. read more

Anchor point was spectacular! Their team arrived on time, inspected thoroughly, and was very upfront & reasonable with their quote. If I ever have roof issues, Anchor is my first call Thank you, Jim!! read more

Noticed a water stain on the ceiling in the spare bedroom after heavy rain last weekend. He went up on the roof, found a cracked boot around the vent pipe, and sealed it up with fresh flashing. Took pictures on his phone to show me what went wrong before starting. Fair price for a solid fix. read more

A section of gutter on my house would overflow during heavy rainfall. A representative of Anchor Point Roofing diagnosed the problem- a need for about eight to ten feet of higher capacity gutter. The job was completed promptly and the workers were professional. I can't describe the price as cheap, but one gets what he pays for. read more

I had an excellent experience with Anchor Point Roofing. They responded quickly, provided a well-documented estimate and performed the requested maintenance on time. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. read more

from first call to finalization of the project, Anchor Point Roofing was professional, efficient, responsive to all questions and we are more than happy with the roof and service. read more

I had noticed some water damage on an exterior wall near a lighting sconce that I figured was due to flashing for the skylight that is near that wall. I phoned Anchor point and scheduled an inspection. After the inspection where everything was explained to me, pictures taken and scope of work was determined, I received a very professional and well documented esitimate for the work. The communication was great from start to finish. The day the work was done the workers were respectful and efficient. I could tell they brought loads of experience to the job. They made some recommendations for future solutions to consider and referrals for non roof issues that we need to address. Everything was well documented with pictures and clear explanations. Very modern experience with billing, estimates, website, etc. Highly recommend Anchor Point Roofing. Did I mention the price was right? Great value. read more

I was impressed with the representative's extensive knowledge and his principles of not wanting to say anything bad about other roofing companies' work. That was refreshing. read more

Highly recommend. Great experience from estimate, contract signing, through workmanship day of. They did a full tear off and re-roof of my single gable roof in one day. Super efficient. Project manager Ever was very communicative and took videos throughout the day to share with me. Estimate also came in significantly cheaper than one other I received from a smaller shop. read more

Quality and personable service from Jim that saved our building money. Would recommend.

While changing home insurers our agent suggested getting the roof checked. Roofers don't all have sterling reputations so I was sure I would be told the roof needed replacing but Anchor Point sent out a polite and competent inspector who said my 20 year old roof should be ok for a while but needed some minor repairs, which we had them do. I was very impressed and definitely recommend them. read more

As someone who works in the construction industry, I will admit that roofing contractors have a very bad reputation. I interviewed many before I settled on Anchor Point for my residential roofing replacement project. Anchor Point came out to do the estimate, surveyed my entire roof, and provided a set of photos showing all of the marks that were written on the roof noting existing issues. No other roofing contractor did anything like that. Then there was the communication between myself and the owner wherein I asked a number of questions. He responded quickly to every email and provided detailed responses. The crew performed the work and completed the project a few hours in advance of the estimated completion time. When they were done, the cleanup was awesome. Anchor Point's on-site project manager, Ever, did an amazing job. He is also very personable which is great. I am really happy with the job and I would recommend Anchor Point to others. read more

Came out right away and accessed the problem. They took pictures and a short video of the issue. A few days later came back to repair my roof. So far so good, thanks for your help read more

They are very expensive. Shop around before you even consider having Anchor Point give you a quote.

Great experience with the Anchor team replacing our stoop roof. They were able to squeeze us in before the 2 week anticipated date, and they completed the project in one day. We will definitely use Anchor again! read more

JIm and his team at Anchor Point Roofing were wonderful. Jim did a walk through on the roof with me to explain the logic for the repairs he suggested we do to prevent further leaks in our building. His crew came exactly on time every day until the work was completed. The head of the crew was very knowledgable and patiently explained things to me as went along with the work. His office staff helped me to interpret the invoices so we could better submit them to our HOA. I HIGHLY recommend Jim and his company. read more

Seamless experience. We needed an urgent roof replacement, and Anchor Point saved the day. We did our due diligence, contacting 8 roofing companies for an assessment and estimate. Not only was Anchor Point a very fair price point, but they were the most professional and timely. Jim even offered to come out prior to accepting the job to ensure he fully understood the project, which was complicated by an existing outdoor kitchen and pergola on a flat roof. The customer service was impeccable. Jesus, the foreman, was present for every minute of the job, never leaving the team's side. He was extremely communicative and handled all of our questions and concerns with ease. Anchor Point is incredibly detail-oriented and executed exactly the timetable promised. Save the time we spent interviewing other companies - just go with Anchor Point. read more

We used Anchor Point for a different roofing problem. Unfortunately, the first attempt didn't work. While they don't offer a guarantee, they do try to make things right. The spent a lot of time and people to finally fix the issue at no extra charge.Their reputation clearly matters to them! I will definitely use them again! read more

Anchor replaced our shingle roof about 3 months ago, and the service and quality were amazing! We did our research on shingles, pricing, licensure, etc. and landed on Anchor. Their pricing for the quality of shingles used (Malarkey) was reasonable, the customer service was outstanding with responses to questions usually within hours (kudos to Sara), and they kept us informed of the work every step of the way. The coolest part was their use of a drone so we could see the work from the comfort of our home. The results were great and we've had zero issues with the installation. We highly recommend Anchor - very happy all around with our new roof (and, Malarkey is a super top-notch brand -- your roof isn't something to skimp on). read more

Jim and his entire team were incredibly thorough and professional throughout my experience with them. I had 4 other roofing companies give me quotes to replace my skylights after just a few minutes of assessment. Jim came to my house and thoroughly inspected everything and concluded my skylights were not the culprit at all. Jim conducted an assessment including high resolution photos and then took a few days to put together a detailed plan and kept me informed along the way. Their thoroughness even led to me being able to claim a refund from another roofing company who did some work the year prior - Anchor Point's photo documentation showed the work I paid for a year prior was not completed as described. I highly recommend using Jim and the entire team at Anchor Point for your roofing needs. read more

The glorious city of Chicago and my crappy alderman SAMANTHA NUGENT refused to take a dead tree down in my alley, and as luck would have it, the thing fell down, crushing my garage roof. All was not lost, as the good people at Anchor Point Roofing came to the rescue. I spoke to several roofing companies to bid this project, but from my first contact with Jim Copenhaver, I knew I was making the right choice. From their timely response for an estimate, through job completion and follow up, Anchor Point Roofing was the silver lining to this minor disaster. Super professional. Excellent workmanship. Quality materials. Really great people to work with. I have rarely been more impressed with a company. As a homeowner, finding the right people to work with for repairs and maintenance is key to maintaining your property value. Take it from me, Anchor Point Roofing is your best choice for all things roofing! read more

Anchor Point Roofing was terrific every step of the way. They responded very quickly to my call, had an estimator at my house in short order, and provided a reasonable estimate for my repair. They accurately assessed the roof damage, and provided before and after pictures showing the damage and the repair. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I give them a big thumbs up! read more

What a great experience! Jim and his team at Anchor Point were great at communicating and used the perfect mix of technology and hands on so that we felt well informed and that we got a great value. They completed the roof project in just one day and it looks great. We will definitely call Anchor Point when it's time to replace the garage roof. read more

Of all the work crews I've hired and worked with over the years as a property owner this team was the absolute best. So professional and tidy. The office staff so jovial and quick to respond. The initial inspection report and video documentation was complete and thorough. Could not endorse them more. And we will be going to them soon for more roofing needs. read more

Jim and his team were great to work with when I noticed water leaking from above a few windows. I got quotes from a few roofers, and from the start Jim helped me feel comfortable with photos and even a video to show where the existing roof allowed water to enter. The team was communicative while scheduling around weather and finished the job quickly when a day opened up. There was a minor issue where I noticed a small part had been left out of the completed photos. Jim's team addressed that quickly and painlessly. It was a great experience overall, and I'd definitely reach out again if I find any more roof issues. read more

Anchor Point replaced my roof this week. I was pleased with them from start to finish. Their quote was competitive. They answered all my questions, and when it came time to do the work, Anchor Point was prompt to get started. My roof is steep. The space between my house and other houses is tight. I was not sure how they would do the work, but they did it. They replaced my roof in one day! I was given text updates and pictures during the project. While there was an additional cost to replace some boards, Anchor Point explained everything, and they were fair with the expense. Roof replacement is messy. The project manager, Ever, made sure they cleaned up my property and my neighbor's property. I recommend Anchor Point. They are awesome! read more

Anchor Point did a fantastic job on a complete tear-off roof replacement for our old (c. 1917) six-flat. The crew worked long hours on hot days. They were absolute professionals, cleaning up at the end of the shift, answering questions, and making sure that everything was watertight during a couple of surprise rain showers. The estimate was thorough -- no surprise charges -- and Anchor Point provided on-site photos of the process, as well as drone pix at the end of the job. Roofing called for the old terracotta coping on our parapets to be removed and then replaced after the parapet was layered. Anchor Point did it without breaking a single tile! They also successfully sealed and flashed an ancient skylight that has leaked for years during heavy storms. Recommended without reservation. read more

Needed reroofing for multi-unit flat roof & was very impressed by Jim and his team throughout the process. High level of transparency, care, and conscientiousness in picking up debris daily as well as minimal disruption in street access. Quote was reasonable, quick and stress-free completion of a gorgeous roof! Also loved being able to see before photos with areas of concern, progress, and final result. Anchor is a gem! read more

Jim came out, looked at my roof, took pictures and video, explained what may be going on and what was going on with it. Unlike other companies he didn't offer me a band aid. Once the shingles came off everything was taken care of. I went up on the roof and his crew was more than happy to explain what was going on and how it was going to be fixed. After the job was completed (one day) everything was nicely cleaned up. The took pictures of the roof after completion and emailed them to me. Well done anchor Point Roofing. read more

Anchor Point Roofing - This is the roof 99% completed. - Roofing Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Anchor Point did a quality job with our total roof replacement. Communication and customer service was great every step of the way. We were amazed they were able to get the job done in January. With a brief thaw in the winter weather, they descended with a large team and got everything completed and cleaned up in 2 days. After, we received drone footage of the new roof, and it looks great. No one is ever excited to replace a roof, but if you have to, don't hesitate to go with Anchor Point. read more

Another great experience with Anchor Point Roofing. They came out to inspect, gave me a fair quote, took photos and videos and completed the repairs promptly. I trust they are honest and do good work. read more

Jim came to our building to provide an estimate. He was very thorough and professional. My neighbor and I were trying to identify the source of a leak and thought it might be their deck. Another company had quoted us over $2,000 to do a water test. Jim did an assessment of the deck but also located three other possible sources of the leak. And then he suggested we perform the water tests ourselves and explained how he would go about doing it at each possible entry point, saving us a lot of money in the process. Thank you, Jim and Anchor Point for being so helpful and honest! read more

Recommend you hire them. Our condo building hired them to fix our flat roof leaks. The owner Jim come out and did the initial consultation for free. Then they scheduled us in a few weeks for the repair. They applied some silicone sealant on the clay copings and also around the scupper boxes by the downpipes. Now the leaking has stopped Prices were reasonable. The 33% deposit to start work was a bit high though. So i recommend they lower that deposit amount. read more

I contacted Anchor Point for a roof inspection and received a rapid response. Jim came out in a few days to inspect the roof and to also apply some sealer around one of the roof vents where we suspected there was a small leak. Jim did NOT want to charge me for the visit. Who does that? As crazy as it may sound, I asked Jim to send me a bill for his services. read more

It's been quite a while since I hired them to fix a leak. They had timely contact and seemed very professional. I showed them where the leak was but they identified a different place where they thought the leak was and created a lot of work for themselves, fixing my roof in an area where it never leaked. They did do a nice job calking, though. The next winter, a leak again. It was never fixed. I called again and they came out, looked it over and disappeared. I never heard from them again. Here's another winter and I'm still dealing with the same leak and trying to find a different reputable roofer to just fix the area I point out instead some other part that is easier to do work on. read more

The Team at Anchor Point was friendly from the first. Jim was willing to answer detailed questions over the phone, come out to the site on a timely basis, and later explain his examination of the roof. His advice was by no means the most expensive option. Along with the bill, I got a photographic gallery of the work, which had been done quickly and with no fuss. Is it weird to say it was a delight to get my roof fixed? read more

I recently had a complete replacment of the roof on my home and garage. One of the three things that I look for when hiring a vendor is honesty, reasonably priced, and if they stand behind their work after the job is done. Anchor Point Roofing checked all of those boxes and the most important one to me and to anyone having work done is if the company stands behind their products or services which they did. The company has been prompt with answering any of my questions from beginning and after the project which is important to me. I would recommend Anchor for roof replacement or repair. read more

Very responsive and professional. Work was done with quality. Thank you for your assistance.

Had a very good experience with our tear off roof replacement. First, the person who came out to inspect the roof was very thorough and spent a good amount of time with me talking through what he found. He took a lot of pictures as well as a video in which he narrated his findings and really made me feel good about their understanding of our situation. Our roof wasn't just a replacement of shingles, it needed a more modern update such as adding vents, etc. Once we decided to accept Anchor Point's bid, we got on the schedule within about a month. Then when the crew arrived, the project manager was very present and communicative and they knocked it out in a day and a half. Very fast, but didn't sacrifice a quality job. Would highly recommend! read more

We used Anchor Point Roofing for some roof repairs at my condo building. Jim and team were great to work with! The quote was very detailed and informative (since I know nothing about roofs, this was very helpful!). Jim was very honest about what repairs were most urgent and what we can expect over the next couple years with the condition of our roof and the repairs we're doing now. The team arrived on time to complete the repairs and were very clean and minimally disruptive. The repairs turned out great. We would definitely recommend Anchor Point Roofing! read more
