Very nice coffee shop in downtown Arvada. Their coffee beans are freshly roasted, ground to perfection and served perfectly. If you just want filtered coffee they serve it up in several roasts -- just help yourself from the hot carafes. There is WiFi and Hunter Bay is a great place to work remotely and do it in a cool environment. Comfortable seating, friendly service, reasonable prices and really good fresh coffee. Well done!

Coffee was good, my husband got a cold brew. We both ordered bagel sandwiches and imo with the bagel competition out there they left something to be desired. I really appreciated you could DIY your sandwich but every single ingredient cost $$ unless you order a plain bagel with nothing on it. Even to add a sauce was extra. It was truly the okayest. But if I'm being fully honest we really only came for a photo op since my son is named Hunter. Service was good. I like the ambiance & that there was a lot of seating and patio seating. There was also local affordable art for sale which is a fun way to pass time while waiting for your dry bagel sandwich. We'll be back I'm sure.

Wow, this is a popular weekday WFH spot. It was super packed 11am on a Friday, and it seems like people really camp out for awhile. Fortunately I found a table at which to enjoy my peppermint oat milk latte and blueberry danish. It would have been more challenging if I visited expecting to find an available electrical outlet for my laptop. The beverage and pastry were both good, and the customer service is absolutely lovely.

This coffee shop is nestled right in the middle of Olde Towne Arvada. It is such an adorable location. They do roast their own coffee. I bought a bag of the Costa Rican blend, and it was fabulous. I come in for iced lattes multiple times during the Archtop Guitar Festival, and they are always a hit. They have a large selection of breakfast too!

Coffee was good. Service was friendly. Atmosphere is relaxed and clean. Food was overpriced. My avocado toast was $7 and it didn't really feel like it was worth it.

Coffee shop in Olde Town Arvada. Got a latte; they didn't have milks besides whole milk (not sure if it was just that day?)- so I ended up sticking with whole mile. My syrup wasn't as strong/sweet of a flavor as I would like. For the price, I was hoping for a little more? Overall, not bad- I think I could see myself back here.

When visiting Old Town Arvada recently I stopped by Hunter Bay Coffee for a cup. I'm familiar with this fantastic brand of coffee from past purchases at Sprouts. They're a Montana based coffee company. Moose Drool is a favorite of mine. Sounds gross according to the name. However, it's a fantastic dark roast that will delight your palate. I didn't stay in Hunter Bay after receiving my coffee. However, while I was inside it had a nice feel to it. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit at while doing work, reading or socializing with friends. The young lady who took my order was friendly nor did she have an attitude about being at work. After ordering and purchasing my coffee it didn't take long to receive it. I didn't order food during my visit so I can't comment on the quality. Just know that they have baked goods to go with your coffee beverage. I would return here if I'm ever in Old Town Arvada again. It's nice knowing that I have this option for a coffee spot in Arvada. If you've never been or tried Hunter Bay Coffee, stop by sometime. Enjoy!

This is a great local spot with fun music and staff. Lots of food options that are easy and yummy and the drinks are made well.

First impression is a great one. Located in the heart of old town Arvada, the well lit open spaced seating area, emulates a nice vibe. Friendly staff welcome you and the large blackboard behind the counter lists the Hunter Bay Coffees & eats. Upbeat music plays at the right volume for enjoyment while sipping your favorite cup of Joe! I was disappointed not to find any sugar free syrups but the Barista recommended their house made vanilla, while not sugar free, it was not overly sweet. Hey a little shot in my cappuccino and life just got a wee bit sweeter! There is a small island table with a large plastic water jug, napkins and plastic ware. I like the custom wood recliners by the window. One is made from skis in the cool Colorado tradition. There is a nice outdoor seating area if your in the mood for a quite sidewalk Chillaxing time under the umbrella. Nice stop after my train ride from DIA & Union Station. I'll definitely be back!

My friend recommended this little coffee shop as it is one of the local shops in Arvada. It's located in pedestrian walking area at the corner of Olde Wadsworth Blvd and Grandview Ave. There's only street parking around the area. I got the latte with half vanilla and hazelnut syrups. I got charged twice for the syrups ($0.60 each). Understandable since I'm asking for two syrups, so it was okay. Until I took a sip of my coffee. It tasted only of milk and coffee.... SAD. Where's the syrups I paid for? My boyfriend got the white mocha, and it was more flavorful than my drink. My friend said she usually gets their pandan latte but that drink is seasonal only, and we just missed it. Darn it! Cute little coffee shop that definitely should be supported during these times. Wished my drink was a tad better, but it gave me the caffeine boost in the morning!

What a cozy place! I came here recently and the service was so patient and kind despite it being a busy Saturday morning. Their coffee was pretty good too! Their avacado toast wasn't too bad, but I think I'd rather try their other items next time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere! Live music and spacious seating made the entire experience a fun one!

I loved this place! I met up with an old friend, and it was surprisingly not crowded for a Sunday morning (but still lots of activity/not completely empty). The wonderful young lady at the counter was so joyful! I ordered a chai latte with oat milk, and they still put a little bit of art on top, which I've never had before, so I was very excited as a non-coffee drinker. They also had four different options of vegan bread (pumpkin, chocolate, something else, and I got the lemon poppyseed) and it was delicious! My friend got a white mocha and a scone and said both were good. After sitting for over an hour, a guitarist came in and started playing live music, but it was very pleasant, not too loud or in your face. Nice views of Old Towne and cute flowers on the table. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Espresso: 1st rate. Sampled 2 "house blends:" each 1st rate. (Roaster(s) know what they're doin'.) Bagels: adequately sourced. Breakfast sandwiches: above average. Space: excellent. A little loud for working sans earbuds, but really appealing. What I want from a coffee bar is all here.

The hostess told me where the group was seated and I headed to their location. There is lots of conversation noise, but not so much that you could not hold a conversation. We ordered beverages and got into the discussion of our book. I got a cup of coffee. Their drip coffee is tasty. Our server re-supplied the cream for me and made sure there was enough sweetener. Once we had our beverages, he took our order. I chose the chile relleno breakfast plate. It comes with two eggs, which I had basted, potatoes and two crispy chile rellenos smothered in green chili. I asked for half and half as my heat level and it was perfect. My coffee cup was kept filled as well as my water. My breakfast was quite tasty. The discussion was fun. Overall great experience.

Chicken Sausage: A standout lean protein choice--savory, flavorful, and a great lighter alternative to traditional pork sausage. -Celiac- Gluten-free review-…read more Early Bird!! You did that. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, everything was A1 son. The vibe is cozy and local, and every interaction we had with staff was friendly and warm. The drip coffee was sooooooo good. I could have put an entire carafe away on flavor alone. The cocktail menu had some unique drinks on it, didn't partake during this visit but definitely would try them on a future visit. The owner's daughter has celiac disease, so they take great precautions with cross-contact and most of the menu can be made gluten free. No pancakes or biscuits, but the fryer is dedicated and they have a dedicated waffle maker. I got the chicken fried chicken and my wife got the chicken and waffles. Yall. YALL. YALLLLLLLLLLL!!! Where tf do I even begin. Chicken was perfectly crispy and tender tender. I could bathe in that white gravy and die happy. Potatoes cooked perfectly. Gf bread toasted perfectly. Arugula fresh. Shishito pepper perfectly charred. Idk what yall use for hot sauce, but that joint was GOOD. And I know this is a small footnote, but this plate also came with tomato. When eating out and there's a veggie 'garnish' it's typically served some nothing-burger, tasteless, it's just there for a pop of color tomato. But even the tomato on this plate was so subtly good. And that tells me a lottttt about the kitchen here. When you care about every detail, it shows, and this plate was a home run for me. One of the best breakfasts I've had out to eat hands down. I cleaned that plate. My wife's chicken and waffles were incredibly good. The waffles were thick, but crispy and soft in all the right spots, and the flavor was so good that they could stand completely by themselves- no butter, no syrup, no nothiiiing. Hers came with a small trough of that sweet ass white gravy that basically rendered her side of syrup useless. We have syrup at home! Her chicken was perfectly cooked as well. We didn't want for water or coffee refills at all. I believe our server's name was Ashley and she was on it. She very confidently answered all my questions about safety and handling for the gluten-free options we both had. Yall are killing it here in Midtown, Early Bird.

The menu has so many great options, but my go-tos are the fried chicken and the breakfast burrito (both are amazing). There's plenty of seating both indoors and on the patio, and they even allow dogs outside, which is such a nice touch. Parking is easy with lots of spaces in the front and back, a big plus on busy weekends! Whether you're grabbing brunch with friends or just treating yourself to a relaxed morning, this place never disappoints. Highly recommend!
