I got the chicken wings and fried okra. I placed my order and waited 15 minutes to receive it. The chicken was fresh, hot and fried to perfection. The "crack season" which is lemon pepper seasoning is what primarily gives its flavor. The chicken itself had no flavor, so I wouldn't advised getting it without the crack seasoning. They put just the right amount on there, not too much or too little . Some places can go overboard due to the popularity of the season but that wasn't the case here. The okra was really good. They have a small section to purchase some ethics food items and a display full of desserts to choose from. You can even buy the crack seasoning as well. It's not dine in so you get your order to go but they do have a few chairs for waiting.

So I pick it up and I say thank you and she just shrugged her shoulders. So I walk out and I drove home. It's not until I look in the bag and see fries. I grabbed the ticket on the side and it says Dylan. I'm not a Dylan so I turned around and I go back which is now the third time I've drove back and forth now. I walk in and they're waiting at the cash register for me to come back with his food instead of remaking it !!? I gave the rude lady the food and I tossed it on the counter like she did with me. Didn't say anything to her looked at the man he gave me my food. I thanked him. I walked out. Dylan walked out right behind me with the food. I just returned and he watched me return it. which is illegal to do!!! so then I'm on my way home again with my food when I looked in the bag and I had no ranch which I specifically asked for so this is my fifth time turning around and having to go back to Wingstop I don't understand where everything went wrong. but the young lady needs to have better customer service, especially if she's going to give people the wrong food with a bad attitude and then try to apologize because nothing in me wants to be nice when she was straight up rude the whole time to me.

I walk in and walk to the register where I am greeted by an extremely rude woman of Indian decent, who doesn't want to be there. She takes my order and says it will be ready in 15 minutes. As I'm standing there, I notice that an employee picking at a scab with his gloves on, and proceeds to handle the food. Then he puts hit hands down in his pants and starts, from what I can tell, "digging for gold." Then proceeds to handle more food. This can't happen. I didn't even grab my order, as I had left as soon as I saw this unhygienic practice. Be better wing stop...

The boneless wings are my favorite. Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic, and Bourbon Honey Mustard are all great choices. The fries are great and crispy. The beer is, well, beer. I ordered a Black and Blue (Guinness + Blue Moon) which is a current seasonal offering. Beers here are a little over priced for the types. The bummer here was the service. Waitress didn't give us enough time to look at the menu and had to come back and leave twice because we weren't given enough time to decide. The food came out in a reasonable time, but we were only half way through our food when she dropped off the bill and its not like we were eating slow. She never asked how the food was and never even checked if we wanted more beers. We were still clearly working on our wings and she asked if we needed a box.... like how about you wait till we are done eating.... come on.

For the sides I got Mac N Cheese, Bbq Pit Beans, Mashed Potatoes, and Spicy Creamed Corn. Overall everything was good and well cooked. From best to least it was Ribs, Brisket, Smoked Wings, and then the Pulled Pork. I would get the ribs and brisket again, but probably pass on the wings and pulled pork. The Bbq beans were only okay, oddly enough as cold leftovers they were much better. The Mac N Cheese was okay, but I wouldn't get it again. The Mashed Potatoes were very good. The spicy Cream Corn was excellent, they weren't lying it has a spicy kick! Funny enough the best thing was the Cornbread. It was fantastic, some of the best I've had. The worst thing? The sauces. They all were not good at all. The most tolerable one is their regular sauce, still a c minus. The service was good, but I was asked how I was doing about a hundred times. Still everyone was friendly. Overall a 4 star review. Would I return? If I was in Lansing then Yes. It is quality bbq cooked by someone with skill. I just might bring my own bbq sauce.
