I walk in and walk to the register where I am greeted by an extremely rude woman of Indian decent, who doesn't want to be there. She takes my order and says it will be ready in 15 minutes. As I'm standing there, I notice that an employee picking at a scab with his gloves on, and proceeds to handle the food. Then he puts hit hands down in his pants and starts, from what I can tell, "digging for gold." Then proceeds to handle more food. This can't happen. Placed an order tonight for my family for delivery. I placed the order directly on the Wingstop website. Apparently, they use DoorDash for their delivery service, so I received a message from DoorDash with an estimated time of delivery (6:45pm). I ordered just before 6pm and didn't receive the order until 7:45pm because the driver was waiting for the order for over an hour. Food was obviously cold and the drinks were completely wrong. We called to complain about the incredibly slow service, cold food, and wrong drinks, and the staff who answered the phone was incredibly rude and proceeded to tell me that any issues I have need to be taken up with DoorDash. Well, I didn't order through DoorDash - I ordered from Wingstop. If this business can't guarantee quality food or even a correct order, they should stop offering delivery. Period. The woman on the phone also told me that I had a "double" order and was charged twice on my debit card. She said the driver picked up both orders, but I only received one. I called the driver and he said that he absolutely only had one order with two bags for me. To top it all off, the staff member at Wingstop yelled into the phone that she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up on me when I said that Wingstop should be able to fix the double charge. She just said, "WE DON'T HAVE A REFUND BUTTON HERE, YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS UP WITH YOUR DRIVER!" What? The driver doesn't receive the money other than the tip. My partner and I tried Wing Stop today. Overall we give it 3 stars out of 5. We both got the chicken sandwich combos- I got the lemon pepper rub and he got the spicy Korean Q sauce. The lemon pepper rub was good but I wish they had a lemon pepper sauce option instead. The spicy Korean Q was good according to my partner. The fries on the other hand weren't very good, they were cold and soggy. The only thing that made them slightly decent was the cheese sauce we got on the side. We give the sandwiches 7.5/10 and the fries maybe a 4 or 5/10. The girls at the register were nice and gave us our orderly quickly. I really like the wings here. I always get the Lemon pepper. I've been here three times and each time I was happy with my food. Today I ordered online because they weren't taking orders inside. I actually preferred this because you can specify if you want flat or drum wings, extra crispy, or extra seasoning and it is easy. It was a very long wait, about an hour. But there was only two workers there and it was understaffed which is not their fault. read more

Absolutely rude and disrespectful customer service received July 10th. Received partial order and called to request refund and was directed to DoorDas. Contacted DoorDash for refund but since I placed the order with Wingstop, DoorDash referred me back to Wingstop. Telephoned back to Wingstop to again request refund for partial order. Wingstop person told me to "hold on", I heard the phone be set down and after about a minute the phone line was disconnected. Save your money and experience and order any other place! read more

Whoever the manager of this place is does a horrible job of scheduling. I ordered on a Saturday night and I got there and saw 4 of the most hardworking employees I've ever seen. They were still backed up 10-15 mins but that's because there was only 4 of them. Those 4 gentlemen deserve a raise for sure, and schedule some more people to help them out on busy nights, seems like common sense but who knows. read more

They claimed I did not get charged even though I showed my bank statement!!! They didn't offer to remake my order, they took my name and number down and never EVEN CALLED BACK.
