Solid west side lunch option. I've stopped here for lunch many times with colleagues. There's always plenty of seating and service is reasonably fast. They have a small lunch menu plus the regular BW fair. The food is all consistent with every other BW's I've been too. There are TVs everywhere with any games on, sports news, etc. They have high top, low top and booth seating so lots of options and room for large groups. read more

A server from the bar walked by our table and we asked her to place an order. She told us she doesn't take orders. Okay! Totally get that! But help us find our server or take the order and give it to our server. 4. We had an underage with us. We ordered 6 shots. We had 6 people. She didn't care to check IDs. My cousin who was underage didn't have a shot. We were expecting another person and they didn't show up but the lack of interest in to our table showed in that moment. 5. We had to walk our credit cards over to the server to pay our tab. If your a minority. This place isn't for you Lastly if your a minority this is not your place but the food was good. This place is a bigger disappointment each time my family gets food from there. Last night 1/31/23 we ordered pickup for wings and they cured me from ever ordering food here again. We ordered 40 wings . 1) There was 1 wing in one of the containers on the very top and the rest were legs . 2) The skins were rubber like they were half cooked so we put them in our oven to finish what should have been fully cooked when we picked them up. Horrible experience. I ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich. Wasn't worth the money. I had better at KFC. The French fries that were supposed to be fresh cut were like overcooked ore ida shoestring fries and harder than a sourdough pretzel. I almost broke a tooth eating them. The waitress brought new ones but the whole dynamic of my meal was ruined. I'm not sure why the waitress would have brought that first batch of fries out. It was an insult quite frankly. She still got a tip although she really didn't deserve the 20% I gave her. I usually tip 25-30% because I and my wife were in the business for years. I will never return and I eat out every night. I have never had service this bad. My wife and I just had a baby and so we ordered food for ourselves and our other children. I picked up the order and brought it home only to find out they got my order wrong. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager and he was great - no questions asked, wanted to make it right. I have been to plenty of BWW, but it was my first time at this location. The food is always consistent and tastes the same no matter where you go, which is clearly a plus. The boneless wings are my favorite. Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic, and Bourbon Honey Mustard are all great choices. The fries are great and crispy. The beer is, well, beer. I ordered a Black and Blue (Guinness + Blue Moon) which is a current seasonal offering. Beers here are a little over priced for the types. The bummer here was the service. Waitress didn't give us enough time to look at the menu and had to come back and leave twice because we weren't given enough time to decide. The food came out in a reasonable time, but we were only half way through our food when she dropped off the bill and its not like we were eating slow. She never asked how the food was and never even checked if we wanted more beers. This is starting to become my dinner spot for when we stay at the nearby hotel before we fly out of Lansing. I highly recommend their Baked Buffalo Mac & Cheese. Definitely a hit with me. No matter where you look, you can alway find a TV with a game that you want to watch, and if there isn't one, all you have to do is ask and they will happily change the channel for you. An open letter to Buffalo Wild Wings: Dear B-dubs, today my husband decided that we needed to get out of the house and go out for lunch. He chose you because he loves wings. I'm not your biggest fan because in my experience you have serious issues with consistency and quality. Unfortunately, you were exactly what I expected. What should have been a quick lunch turned into an almost hour & forty minute affair. Not only was the restaurant pretty empty but we should have been tipped off when we walked in at the multitude of un-bussed tables. We didn't order anything extreme, an appetizer (which was fine) wings for my husband and a chicken sandwich for myself. Nothing that I would consider out of the scope of what one could expect you to be able to deliver on. Well I guess my expectations are far too high because when our food was finally brought out (after nearly an hour) the chicken was a dense consistency. This happens when you cook chicken without it being properly thawed. I had my husband try it and we both agreed it was inedible. Thank you for taking it off our bill but if you cant cook it right, then don't put it on the menu. And maybe consider paying your staff better so they can actually keep up with the few loyal customers you still have. I would love to recommend you guys this place. Every time I came in, I always order the "Asian Zing" traditional chicken. The sauce is so special, it kinda spicy and sour+sweet. And the third time that I walked in, it's my mom birthday so I asked for something for her birthday. And they gave me a dessert plate which is ice cream and a slice of chocolate cake. I thought they gonna charged me. But they didn't, and I was so surprised. Also last but not least, BWW's drink is so yummy (Strawberry Lemonade). I struggled with this review. A group of 8 arrived for lunch and each check was separate which caused some confusion for the wait staff. Our wait staff answered questions however when it came time for the bill and checkout there was a LONG delay. This process took 15 minutes itself. A few of us had lunch specials which the wait staff seemed to forget. Not sure how that happened but it was corrected without incident . The lunch special was not a bad deal but if it was regular prices it would not have been as worth it. The food was good but most of the food was served in throw away containers as it is for BWs. There are plenty of choices for sauces for the wings. I am not a sauce fan so I stuck with burger and fries. If you don't want fries with the lunch special there are a few other choices at NO up charge. That was a great option. Worth the stop if you can keep it to 1-2 bills during lunch more than that may cause some concussion if they are busy. read more

When he came to the table, I told him that every time I come there, I get horrible service.
