Zero stars. My wife and I went to East Lansing to attend the baptism of our son. Afterwards we went to Conrads for lunch. They have no bathroom and no seating. Since we were out of towners we had to walk up the street to find a table. When we got back the management had towed both of our cars at a cost of $700. As a former EL resident, I have been getting Conrad's for over 5 years. I have to say that it is the first thing that comes to mind when I am back in the area. In college, my friends and I took advantage of the delivery almost every time we went out. After a long night, we wanted nothing more than to go home and order Conrad's. They have a wide selection of wraps that has something for everyone. I would recommend any of their chicken tender wraps. Get home and fall asleep? Don't worry, they open at 11am just in time for you to order. My personal favorite was a Sunrise Wrap (add bacon). This consisted of eggs, cheese, bacon, and tater tots all wrapped in a crispy tortilla. I am also a fan of the French toast wrap (get a side of maple syrup). The wraps are reasonably priced $11-14. They are decently sized and I often had left overs. They heat up nicely in an air fryer! My friends and I have been happy customers for years now and if you are in the area, you must check them out. I heard about this place for a while. I finally gave it a try. Really good, lives up to the hype! Of course, recommend the #1! The tots sure do make the wrap that much better! After a long night of visiting place after place (from Dennys-with horrible service-to wing stop on the west side of Lansing) for some mid night food we landed here. The drive was definitely worth it. Walking in it's nice, quiet and peaceful. And you get greeted with the best service you could possibly ask for. Went to all three locations in East Lansing due to a recommendation by a close friend. Killer wraps for a person who enjoys drinking more than eating when visiting a new city. Quick service, good kids working there! You can sub any grilled chicken for tenders and these things are MASSIVE. All good for a quick bite or hangover recovery. In order of what I tried, by favorite: JFK Spicy Chicken Hawaiian Reed Number One Sweet Thai Sides I would recommend: fried pickles and Mac n cheese bites! Ordered food from hear, the delivery driver called and requested me to meet them outside. I notified them that I was in the lobby of my workplace, the driver demanded that I come to his vehicle for my food. 30 seconds later I arrive at his car passenger window, with his car still in drive. He asked my name and phone number, and I joking said the number you called like a minute ago. He clarified angrily that he had to verify it was my order, and as I reached and grabbed my food from him from inside his car, THE DRIVER SPED OFF NEARLY TAKING MY FOOD AND ARM WITH HIM. We then flipped each other off, as you do after you almost get ran over. After returning to eat I realized that my FOOD WAS MADE INCORRECTLY. Calling the store I was finally put on the phone with the manager, I explained that my order lacked lettuce and tomato which I paid extra to add. The manager told me that they are really slow and he witnessed the order being made and that there is indeed extra toppings on my wrap. I explained maybe the wrong wrap was delivered because there obviously isn't and I'd be happy to send a picture. THE MANAGER SAID I DIDN'T NEED TO SEND PROOF THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT BECAUSE HE KNOWS IT WASN'T. After an escalated conversation deciding if the manager has knowledge of what lettuce and tomatoes look like or possibly if I did, I just hung up after informing him that I'll be sending the proof to their company. The call had escalated that I didn't even get the manger's name. The wrap was okay but lacked lettuce and tomatoes, fries were terrible. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Hello everyone , I'm from New York . I recently made a friend here in Michigan and they recommended me to go to Conrad's . The time right now is 12:39am, it saids that their open for take out as well as delivery , but when I called the guy he said that their only doing deliveries and no take outs . As a traveler myself , it is highly important to update business times , dates and etc especially in a college town if I'm not mistaken. I know some days we get busy and tired , but when you stop takeout orders meaning "money " because you feel tired or feel over whelmed then clearly you are not here to satisfy the business nor the customers and the job is not meant for you . This college town business needs team players who can handle a big crowd of people when it comes to ordering food . If you are so tired then update the times so hungry customers won't be upset and so you won't loose money . Pushing away consumers will not make the business last for decades to come . I also see so many negative feedbacks about this restaurant... interesting. Also it's like this business is scamming people .... Their not changing their dates or times so their making people order which costs more money because of delivery fees . Moral of the story is to update takeout times read more

Grabbed carry out from this Conrad's location because the Frandor location was closed for repairs. Consistency is key when you operate multiple locations and they nailed it. This is our go to comfort food when we don't feel like cooking because it is reasonably priced, filling, flavorful, and fast. My significant other loves the JFK wrap and I pick a different one every time. My only recommendation would be for them to switch to sustainable to-go packaging for their waffle fries, or to let them cool off a little before packaging them. There have been times the fries have melted through the styrofoam to-go box and we weren't comfortable eating them. This spot has been in our "pandemic rotation" since March and we look forward to being able to go back to the Frandor location next time since it's a little closer to home! read more

Was starving tonight so I ordered Conrad's Grill 3 for some late night delivery. Got a confirmation text at 10:20. I had asked in the delivery messages to text upon delivery because we live in the upstairs unit. Well, an hour and 20 mins go by and I go to check out of curiosity... there's my food. Stone cold. What's more, is my order wasn't even right. I called in and got a bored sounding employee who simply asked if I wanted it remade and resent (yes, I paid for it) who then hung up on me with a brisk "ok". WOW guys. in the 4 dozen or so times i've been here, i've never had a bad experience. their wraps are so good at all times of the day and night, their service and/or delivery is always fast, truly one of my favorite places to eat from on MSU's campus. about to go there right now to pick up my favorite wrap, the Fried Chicken Club, which i highly recommend. read more

this location will do anything possible to not take someone order. there's been about 15-18 times that i've calling them and they send my call straight to voicemail, and then i'll go to the store and there's 5 people sitting in the kitchen, not working, not prepping food, not cooking. I'll ask them why there phone is going to voicemail and they'll lie, saying it doesn't go to voicemail and they answer every call. When I called and spoke the manager, who was extremely unhelpful I was just told that nothing was placed on the phone.
